This house was in a location convenient to our needs. One of the queen rooms was a bit tight, but nothing could be done about that. The house was very clean and had many nice touches. There are two step-downs into bedrooms that might prove dangerous for older folks, as they are difficult to see. Alex was wonderful and accommodating. The house functioned well for our group.

Such a great bungalow! The home is beautifully decorated, nicely equipped, super clean and very comfortable! Communication with host was always prompt and very friendly! Will definitely book again and recommend you do too!

We stayed at this spacious and spotless home on our trip to FSU! Only a mile from campus, we enjoyed all the benefits of being a local. The home was very spacious and offered so many comforts! We loved the peaceful location and relaxing beds. Definitely enough space for large families! Plus our host was proactive, friendly, and helpful and provided us with so many amenities! We had a great stay at Evan's place! Plenty of space for our party of 7, and we all loved the complimentary snacks. 😊

The house was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a great stay! The only downside was that the decorative wooden walls were quite dusty, which triggered our allergies a bit. Other than that, everything was lovely and well-maintained.

This is a beautiful place to stay and bigger than it looks in the photos. It’s close to the centre of Tallahassee but not on a commercial street. Gena was very helpful and quick to answer questions when I was booking.

Jim was a great host, very responsive and incredibly helpful whenever I had questions. The place itself looked exactly like the photos. It was cozy, charming, and I absolutely loved it. I’ll most likely stay there again, especially since the price was great. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. As an added bonus, there were very cute and friendly cats that greeted us every morning.

Our family was in town for FAMU’s graduation. Check-in was seamless and once inside each room had a separate combination lock. The location is unbeatable. Within walking distance to the event location. The apartment is very well appointed with most things you will need. The space was clean and the furnishings were comfortable. Carter was responsive to all of our questions and very accommodating. We recommend this house for any family gathering.

Joanna was very communicative and nice. Loved her recommendations for our road trip. The location was very convenient to our event in the Capitol and whoever needs to go to FSU. It was very clean and everything needed was available. Nice touches in the bathroom were hair towels and makeup towels, my girls really loved that. Check out was easy to complete. Great host.

Had a great experience staying here, very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay just like home. Parking was great, felt safe and secure. Great restaurants within waking distance, with some being apart of same building. Communication with host was excellent and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, I know I will again in the future.

Another great stay at the Legends. I always check availability here first, before booking a hotel. I just love how it feels like home as soon as I walk in. A very soothing oasis to decompress after long days of travel and busy FSU activities.

Great spot to stay if you are visiting Florida State University. Full kitchen with anything you could need. Beautiful pool.

Kelly’s place was wonderful. Very spacious, clean, and parking is right in front of entrance. It is a convenient location to FSU (especially the Stadium) as well as FAMU and the Florida Capitol. The beds were comfortable, high quality linens and had everything you would need from an umbrella to spices, condiments and coffee. They really go the extra mile to make this a great place to visit.

I had an amazing stay at Marlinda’s place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. The location was perfect, close to where we need it to be and restaurants, but still peaceful and quiet at night. The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. I would definitely stay here again (2nd time here ) and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
