I visit Tallahassee several times a year and this is by far of my favorite Airbnb. I stayed in yet. Centrally located brand new remodel, so it’s absolutely pristine It’s in the middle of town, but it’s still secluded with tree separating from the neighbors Highly recommend this one

we had a great time relaxing at lake talquin! the house is very roomy and has everything you need for a great stay! a couple things to know before you go is the listing says keurig coffee machine. so I bought keurig cups for our trip but then there was not a keurig coffee machine. it was just a regular type. but it was no big deal because Melissa had plenty of coffee available for us at the house. also, the house is off a dirt/rock road which for most people isn't a big deal but my husband is a car guy and hates dirt roads lol. I definitely wish I'd known before hand because we woukd have brought a different vehicle had I known. overall we had the best time and would definitely book again! Melissa communicated well. she even brought us firewood for the fireplace which we were not expecting! so thankyou for your hospitality!

LOVE LOVE LOVE this house. It is well appointed, beautiful back yard, front porch and amazing kitchen. The hot water is great and the linens are top notch. Anthony, the host, is sooo responsive and friendly. It was an easy walk into cute, quaint Havana and the perfect space for our family to spend a few quiet days together.

Kristi was very responsive when we had questions or issues. I’d gladly rent from her again. Thank you. The home was beautiful! I loved the fenced back yard.

Heather’s house is lovely and was just as represented. We were very comfortable all weekend. All of her instructions were clear. The amenities were just as described (she gets extra points for the towels!). And her welcome gift including a little something for my granddaughter which was so sweet! (We were there to celebrate her first birthday). I’d highly recommend the Milton House if you’re in Tallahassee for a visit. My “value” rating needs some qualification. It is graduation weekend in Tallahassee. But we were there to celebrate my granddaughter’s first birthday. Needless to say, like most big weekends in Tallahassee, the “value” comes in not having to drive there and back in a day (we live 2 1/2 hrs away). The “value” was the precious family time we had with all the family and friends. When we booked it in January, we were just happy to find a nice place that was near my son’s house.

The home exceeded our expectations from the moment we arrived. My freshman sisters and I were in town for our Florida A & M University homecoming weekend. The entire home was immaculate. The amenities were stellar. We loved the screened in back porch, it was our go to spot for morning coffee and tea. The authenticity of the of the home was kept with some of the original colors and designs, however the home was modernized with great touches. The intentional artwork on walls was welcoming, and we enjoyed trying out some of the local venues recommended by our host. The hosts attention to detail made us feel right at home!!!! We will definitely be working with this host in the future. Our host's hospitality made our thirtieth homecoming anniversary that much more special. Thank you!!!

I understand why Tim is a SuperHost. He responds immediately when you communicate any if your needs to him. If anything needs his attention, he is on it without hesitation. You can tell he works extremely hard to make his guest stay comfortable and cozy. The home has everything you can think of as a necessity for your stay. The towels and linen are hotel quality. The beds are super comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud during my stay. The kitchen has EVERYTHING even a few paper plates and cups to help you out on a late night arrival. Paper towels, toilet paper, Qtips, and cotton balls are provided. The bathroom has a Bodywash, Shampoo, and Soap Dispenser. An Iron and Ironing board is also provided. Tim has made his home your home away from home. Very simple, quiet, cozy, and comfortable Country living. Thanks for a great stay! My family and I felt safe and comfortable. i hope to be back again one day, if ever back in the area. This was a great find!

Fantastic stay. The place could use a little TLC but I found the apartment to be quite charming and perfect for my needs. For the price and location you can’t beat it.

Jim was a great host, very responsive and incredibly helpful whenever I had questions. The place itself looked exactly like the photos. It was cozy, charming, and I absolutely loved it. I’ll most likely stay there again, especially since the price was great. I highly recommend staying here if you get the chance. As an added bonus, there were very cute and friendly cats that greeted us every morning.

Max and Dominique's Sun Spot was clean and perfect for a month-long stay for work. Keurig machine was great for coffee and tv was nice size for room.

Quick and easy drive to the capitol building. Very clean with everything we needed. The most comfortable couch I have experienced in a rental. Thank you India for your thoughtful renovation with a price well within my budget.

We visited from Tampa and enjoyed every moment of our stay. I am attentive to detail and it was obvious that Peter took his time designing this home. My husband said it the layout was similar to Nigerian homes, which made our stay 100% better. This Airbnb is definitely a hidden gem.

Joanna's place was wonderful for us! It was super clean and very nicely located near some restaurants. Even though it's close to the stadium, you wouldn't know from inside the home -- very quiet. Moreover, Joanna was very responsive and she went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home and had everything we needed for this week-long stay. Definitely recommended!

My daughter stayed in the apt for 58 nights. The apartment and the location were exceptional. Looked 100% like the photos. The host was absolutely phenomenal, friendly, communicative, and addressed all of our questions on a timely manner. I will recommend staying here short or long term. Experience was 10/10!

Had a great experience staying here, very clean and had everything I needed to make my stay just like home. Parking was great, felt safe and secure. Great restaurants within waking distance, with some being apart of same building. Communication with host was excellent and helpful. I highly recommend staying here, I know I will again in the future.

This Airbnb has every store you can possibly need within a few minutes, most things are walkable. The area is quiet and beautiful! The place was spotless 10/10. Highly recommend to anyone considering this stay!
