This lovely studio on the 2nd floor (access by stairs) overlooking a small courtyard is very quiet thanks to its insulated glazing. The mezzanine bed is comfortable, have easy access and optimizes space in the studio. Fully equipped kitchen: glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine for efficient breakfasts and affordable meals ;-) Bathroom refurbished in 2017. Towels & sheets provided, also HBOMax, Wifi, Snacks, Coffee & Tea.

Situé dans un quartier vivant du 11e arrondissement (à 4 minutes à pied du métro Voltaire ligne 9, et à 2 minutes de la station de bus Basfroi ligne 61). Cet appartement de 33 m², situé en rez-de-chaussée et entièrement rénové et climatisé, offre une fusion de confort moderne et de style parisien authentique. Idéal pour accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes, il comprend une chambre et un salon, décorés avec soin pour garantir un séjour agréable.

Apparemment de 25 m² environ. Très lumineux situé dan la magnifique rue crémieux connue pour ses adorables maisons aux couleurs pastels. L'appartement est composé de 2 pièces et possède 3 grandes fenêtres. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il n'y a cependant pas de porte entre le salon et la chambre. Il se situe au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Au rez de chaussée se trouve un cabinet d'orthoptie qui est ouvert dans la journée.
