The yard is fenced in and perfect for your fur babies to run and play. The Treehouse is located approximately 10 miles south of Metter, GA where you have selections of many restaurants. The Ohoopee River is approximately 8 miles west for kayaking/fishing. (You will need a GA fishing license). The Treehouse awaits your visit.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene home. Old Hardy Place home is situated on a pecan tree lined dirt road only 10 minutes from Statesboro and Georgia Southern University campus. 1 hour to Savannah and 1.5 hours to Augusta master’s. Also known as Oma’s, this house can comfortably sleep 5 people (additional charge for over 4 people) with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There is a fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar. We also offer a fenced yard for your pet for an additional fee ($75)

The home is cozy and quaint yet full of life. You’ll feel at home as soon as you enter and is an incredible gathering home. Come stay for football games, wedding party housing, parents weekend, or for just a Statesboro adventure. This house is right downtown and walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, the brewery, and 5 minutes from campus, movies, and grocery stores. This home is lovingly named “The Little House” because it sits on the same property as our larger Barndominium home (The Big House). The home is set up for our friends and family, so it has all the basic necessities for your stay. 12 miles from Di-Lane WMA. 14 miles from Big Duke Pond WMA. 1 hour from Augusta. Less than 2 hours from Savannah. A walk-in cooler is available for game. A stocked pond is located on the property as well as other outdoor amenities. Bring your fishing poles!

The Cottage at Cypress Lake

Welcome to the Cottage at Cypress Lake! Relax with the whole family at the cottage just 15 minutes away from Statesboro, GA and Georgia Southern University. This newly renovated one story, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage sleeps 8, and has a spacious living room. There is plenty of room to gather inside and outside. Outside areas include screened porches, an outside eating area, gas grill, fire pit and kayaks for you to enjoy. Please note that this is not an event venue.

You will enjoy the coziness of our double bed in the sleeping room , daybed in living area 2 recliners and a futon for watching the 65 inch smart tv. You can cook your meals in our well stocked kitchen. You'll be in walking distance of dining, grocery store, bakery and more. Our enclosed back area is a great place for your pup to explore. It's also a smoking area.

We are a 15 minute drive to George L Smith State Park, 35 minute drive to Statesboro, and 20 minute drive to Millen or Swainsboro.
