HoffmannsNest Garmisch befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage im Ortsteil Garmisch. Zu Fuß sind der Hausberg und das Zentrum in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Von der Terrasse aus gibt einen schönen Blick auf die Berglandschaft. Die Ferienwohnung wurde zum September 2019 neu ausgestattet und verfügt über TV und Wlan. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich in der Nähe. Von hier aus können Sie schöne Ausflüge in das gesamte Oberland unternehmen. Die kleine Küche lädt zum gemütlichen Frühstück und mehr ein.

Ab Januar 2020 möchten wir Sie in der Klammstraße 27 in unserem komplett neu erbauten Ferienwohnungs-Domizil "Zur Wally" in unserer Wohnung "Griabig" begrüßen. Zentral gelegen erreichen Sie die Fußgängerzone, den Bahnhof, die Bayerische Zugspitzbahn, das Olympia Eissportzentrum und das Alpspitz-Wellenbad in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Unsere Ferienwohnungen werden individuell und modern im alpinen Stil ausgestattet und verfügen - neben einem wunderbaren Ausblick - über jeglichen Komfort.

Das offene Dachgeschoss Appartement mit 50 m2 (komplett ausgestattet) liegt zentral, nahe dem Kurpark, dem Kongresszentrum, der Fußgängerzone und unweit zum Bahnhof. Wanderungen können von hier gestartet werden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäcker etc. in 3-5 Min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Deckenhöhe ist teilweise erniedrigt. Große Personen sind eingeschränkt!! Wifi ist inbegriffen. Parkplätze an der Straße kostenlos. Zusätzliche Kosten: Kurtaxe: 3 Euro/Erw./Tag, 1 Euro/Kinder 6-16 J./Tag

Das im Jahr 2022 fertiggestellte Ferienhaus Sunshine lädt im Apartment Spirit of Deer zur Entspannung und Erholung auf höchstem Niveau ein. Das Apartment zeichnet sich durch einen hohen Ausstattungsstandard, viel Platz und eine angenehme harmonische Atmosphäre in einer bevorzugten Lage aus. Die Fußgängerzone ist in 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und Supermärkte befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Ein Garagenstellplatz steht den Gästen jederzeit zur Verfügung.

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.
