Zentral gelegen erreichen Sie die Fußgängerzone, den Bahnhof, die Bayerische Zugspitzbahn, das Olympia Eissportzentrum und das Alpspitz-Wellenbad in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Die Wohnung hat 2 Zimmer Küche Bad Toilette und Balkon 74 qu Es gibt Schlafplatz für 8 Pers. ABER bei mehr als 6 Pesonen BITTE vorher fragen BITTE beachten. (Gästekarte ist Kurtaxe ) 3 € pro Tag pro Erw. muß vorort in bar oder mit Pay pal bei mir bezahlt werden .Ich möchte keine Backpacker oder Gäste aus Bettenlager

Apartment Nowotschin

Cosy one-bedroom apartment on the first floor (one up from the ground floor) in a house located in a quiet street between the center of Garmisch and the Hausberg area. The flat has a north and a south balcony. Guests may make use of one underground parking space. Personal informations (name, adress, date of birth, etc.) have to be given for GaPa-Tourist office by us. Pets are very welcome, but dogs are not allowed to stay alone in the flat if they are barking.

Mi casa se encuentra en una area residencial quieta y central, al lado (5 min a pie) del centro historico de Partenkirchen. Aqui, en la Ludwigstrasse, hay cafés, restaurantes, supermercado y tiendas pequenas de artesanias. Mi apartamento tiene un quarto con cama doble (160x200cm) y bano ensuite e una sala con cocina completamente equipada (nevera, horno, lavaplatos). Hay un balcón muy grande que les brinda el sol de la manana hasta la puesta del sol!
