Although the cabin does not have a kitchen, it has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffeemaker, table and chairs, and a Webber grill. It also has a flat screen TV, NEXT w/movie channels, and free Wifi. This quiet location is easy to get to, yet close to hiking, picnicking, swimming, boating, and fishing.

The Magnolia House RV #5 is a 2022 Olympia RV that sits on the left side of The Magnolia House that sits on the White River between Gastons and the State Park in Lakeview, Arkansas. This RV has a queen bedroom, a bunk bed with 2 twins, and a table that converts into a bed. It easily sleeps 4-5. Families love to book RV #5 and #6 together as they sit close to one another. Also, the 4 units in The Magnolia House can be rented for large groups to enjoy (check for availability). Fully Furnished.

There is approximately 500 sq. feet downstairs that includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer. There is a living room and a sleeper sofa for an additional bed downstairs. There is 280 sq. feet upstairs that includes a queen bed and two twin beds.
