Our family loved staying in Christina's home. Charming and cozy, plenty of room for everyone, comfortable and clean. Great neighborhood with plentiful restaurants and shops. We'd happily stay there again!

Perfect place to stay with everything you need. I especially loved the beautiful shower and extra absorbent towels!

5/5 – A Perfect Family Getaway We had an incredible stay and truly didn’t want to leave. The home was ideal for a family vacation—comfortable, well-equipped, and full of thoughtful touches. My children were devastated to go! We had planned a few small adventures in the surrounding area, but they were so happy in the pool that we barely left the property. We came during spring break from upstate New York, where it was still snowing, so the warm weather and sunshine were a much-needed reprieve. The house had everything we needed: Netflix, Alexa, a garage full of pool noodles and floaties, and a lovely selection of children’s books that my toddlers adored. One of the most heartwarming moments was when Neil kindly gifted my daughter a stuffed cat she had fallen in love with—it meant so much to her and to us. This was the kind of stay that creates lasting memories. We can’t wait to come back.

We had a great stay at this beautifully remodeled home. It was very clean and made good use of the space. We felt right at home. We would definitely recommend this home.

We had a a wonderful stay at The Regent. The property is exactly as described and is located a few short blocks off park Ave! The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and the beds are super comfortable! There was parking for two vehicles which was excellent as our college aged kid was able to come and visit without worrying about street parking! I would definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rochester!

I'm familiar with Rochester and knew exactly where this place was...a 5-minute walk for my morning cappuccino and croissant and a convenient drive past Rochester's only Frank Lloyd Wright house to friends and family,. The apartment is lovely and tranquil - a new, modern kitchen, small but nice bath, lovely dining room and comfortable livingroom/bedroom with good lighting and a very comfortable reading chair, an amenity that is seldom provided. The furnishings are lovely and the closet has lots and lots of hangers. A 10-minute walk to Park Ave. restaurants and shops; a short drive to Wegmans. Culver Road traffic noise can be irritating, but it quiets at night; expressway noise is negligible. James was very responsive when I had questions. I will return.

We had a great stay with Kristi. We were very comfortable and the space was more than plenty of room for two people. It was very cold outside during our visit, but we stayed nice and warm inside.

This was my sister and my second time staying at Roger's AirBNB. We purposely returned for the wonderful hosting, convenience, access to great parks, museums, and family nearby. This time we stayed on the first floor which was beautiful and homey. The surrounding neighbors were friendly and I loved walking my dogs and chatting with them everyday. Roger is a fantastic host - always responsive, a gentleman, and professional. He was flexible with our wish to return this year for which we are grateful. We will definitely consider returning again.

I specifically wanted a place that wasn't attached to anyone else's living space so that I could practice my musical instrument. This was perfect! Very bright and sunny, as well. I wish I'd had more time to spend on the lovely private deck just outside my door!

I had such a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Their home is absolutely beautiful—warm, cozy, and clean. Every detail was clearly thought through with care and intention, creating a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. I truly appreciated their hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!
