The Old Piggery at Manor Farm, Runcton Holme.

This charming detached one bedroom, timber clad home is a tastefully converted piggery. It’s a private, cosy retreat, perfect for couples along with their small dogs. There is a large patio and lawned garden, with outdoor furniture for perfect relaxation. There are a some luxury features such as a Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, king size bed, fire pit and cocktail making equipment. Our fishing lake is nearby so you can wander down and fish (extra charge) or watch the array of wildlife.

During the lockdown period we have updated and renewed the bathroom and ensuite facilities including a new toilet in ensuite

Parsley Barn, home of David and Su’en Miller, is a converted former coach house and stables fronting onto a quiet road in Great Massingham, 12 miles east of King’s Lynn and 9 miles to Sandringham. You will occupy a private wing comprising 2 charming bedrooms, games room with full-sized Snooker Table, garden room cum kitchenette-diner plus a private rear garden. For breakfast you can choose from freshly baked bread, croissants, pain au chocolat, cereals, fruit, yoghurt and homemade preserves.

Both one bedroom cottages have recently been renovated to a high standard. Recently renovated 2-bedroom cottage located in the beautiful market town of Wymondham. This historic cottage is walking distance to the town centre, pubs and restaurants and sleeps up to 5 guests. It includes 2 rooms, one with a double bed. A second room with a double bed and a single bed. A main bathroom and a spacious open plan kitchen/living area, making it a great space to socialise with friends or family. Lots of parking for 4 cars and an outside seating area for a morning coffee!
