Everything was walkable and super accessible — shops, restaurants, and public transport were all just a short stroll away. It made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable. This Airbnb is a gem! The location is excellent, with a fantastic coffee shop and great food right outside the door. The home itself is beautiful, offering plenty of space and super comfortable beds. We loved the nice outdoor area for relaxing. Having a new washer in the unit was a big plus, and the coffee shop steps away is like an on-site restaurant. Highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

We had a group of 23 cyclists who went to penang for a cycling event. Kelly was friendly and provided the check in details easily for us. Glad to have stayed here as it was convenient for us for F&B located nearby too. Would certainly return to stay here if we are travelling to penang with a bigger group.

Homestay very big and comfortable. We had some issue and the owner very responsive. On day 2 there is issue with water but then the owner very responsive and come to see our condition. I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The 15th-floor unit offered a breathtaking view of Batu Ferringhi Beach, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of Penang. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the sunset from the balcony was truly unforgettable. The homestay was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was fantastic—just a short distance from the beach, great local food spots, and the vibrant night market. The host was excellent—friendly, responsive, and provided great local recommendations, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Great stay, value for money. The kids were having their fun time at the pool. 1 carpark is provided by the unit host, near georgetown, easy to acess to everywhere.

I had an amazing stay at Freddie’s apartment in Georgetown, Penang! The location couldn’t have been better — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to great local food spots, major hospitals, and heritage sites. The apartment itself was spotless, very well-equipped for a long stay, and exactly as pictured. The bed was comfortable, and I really appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and fully equipped kitchen, as well as the washing machine. Check-in was seamless, and Freddie was very responsive and helpful throughout the stay. Whether you're here for sightseeing, medical services, business, or just to chill, this place is a perfect base. I’ll definitely be booking again the next time I’m in Penang!

Our stay at Cecilia's condo was for 2 months, so it quickly became our little home away from home. Everything met our expectations as per the description of the condo. The bed and livingroom furniture are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies and cookware. We used the stove daily for light cooking and there are two fridges which helps if you stock up on groceries. We loved the nature surrounding this condo and the regular visits by the monkeys. They instantly became the highlight of our stay, for sure. The sea view is also beautiful. There were plenty of cargo and cruise ships to watch, as well as the fishing boats that arrive early every morning. We chose not to rent a car. This location is very doable without one. We used Grab to get to and from Georgetown for shopping and touristy things. Overall, Cecilia's home is a wonderful stay for anyone looking for a natural setting, quiet, and of course monkeys! Thank you Cecilia for being such a gracious host!

Excellent stay! Great location, quiet, pool is beautiful. Stay was very comfortable, bed was good and had everything we needed. Filtered water system was amazing. So nice to not have to haul water. Haris was a great manager and took really good care of us. Highly recommend this place.

our stay at PT Homestay is good apart from the busy lifts during checkout between 11am to 12pm. Took us more than 30min to get to the ground floor from the 22nd floor. This is the only negative review I would say about PT Homestay. The apartment is great and clean. We enjoyed our stay there and is very convenient to get to places. The host is great at responding and the check-in is easy and straight forward.

The location is peaceful, with great local food nearby and access to a rooftop swimming pool. The accommodation is clean, and the host is friendly and hospitable.

Huai's place was fantastic, an absolute delight to stay in. Felt very luxurious, a great pool and balcony, all listed amenities, and plenty of space with great views across the city. Huai was great at communicating, and was very proactive in dealing with any queries we had. Would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment is located in the Landmark building which caters for a lot of Airbnb units. The building is surrounded by a lot of shopping and food options but if you want to see Penang it would be best to drive/Grab. This unit is well looked after and extremely well optioned with free parking, big tv, Netflix, micro, water dispenser etc. etc and the block has an excellent gym and pool with great views. The Homey Planet team are very friendly and helpful and respond quickly to any questions or requests. We had the apt on the 33rd floor with amazing views of the Gurney shoreline and over the affluent Tg Tokong bungalows. On New Years Eve the view of the fireworks along the waterfront and across the island was just awesome. The furniture and beds are a bit hard wearing to cope with the high traffic - this could easily pass as a luxury apartment with an upgrade of the furnishings but at the current price it’s amazing value for money. Recommended!
