This cottage has a Fully equipped kitchen, light bright liv/din area, screened wrap around porch. Perfect spot for your next family vacation or weekend get away. While staying at the cottage you are welcome to enjoy our paddle boards and kayaks. Also catch and release fishing. No pets. Discounts for non-refundable cancellations.

Welcome to The Majestic River Garden. This charming cottage was built in 1945 before this era of cookie cuter homes where every house in the neighborhood looks the same. The home is at one of Floridas highest elevation points sitting 40ft above sea level which gives you an incredible view of the Indian River. If you look over the neighboring roofline you can spot NASA's VAB building. The home has original charm however does boast modern updated ceramic wood floor and a modern updated kitchen.

This charming rustic home has a lot to offer. It has many nooks where your family can unite and create moments for their memory buckets. Florida room allows you to observe nature and is a perfect spot for your coffee. The house has one master bedroom (king size bed) with attached full bathroom. It has a second bedroom with two built-in beds (twin and full size). There is a separate shower room and a separate restroom. Upstairs it has a 3rd bedroom with 2 built in twin beds and a 1/2 bathroom.

Enjoy a game of pool on the pool table, watch cable tv, or walk out onto our private shaded dock where you can fish, swim, enjoy the views, read, play a game of Bimini ring toss, or just relax and unwind. For the safety our guests we allow 2 days between to allow cleaning and disinfecting of the house

This 2/1.5 house is private, clean, and cozy. The open kitchen features stainless steel appliances and provides all necessary cooking wares. The spacious dining/livingroom area receives enough sunlights through the picture windows. Enjoy beautiful golf course view while sitting at the dining table and/or on the humongous outside deck. There is an outdoor dining area and grill on the deck. The house is within 45 minutes from theme parks (Disney & Universal) and beaches (Daytona/New Smyrna).

Tiny Home with full kitchen on a peaceful 13 acres in a small town. Owner lives on site, but the tiny home is away from the main house so it is private. Ideal for 2 guests, but there is a pull-out sofa which could be comfortable for one more adult or a couple kids. Room for more than one car or a trailer. We live down the street from Lake Mills Park which is a beautiful park with a great lake you are welcome to use our water crafts too! *Please note that the ladder to access the loft above the restroom is not secured to the wall and is moveable.
