The Harty House is a charming 2/1 cottage built in 1916. It is an easy two block stroll to the historic Georgetown square where you will find restaurants, wine bars, craft beers, live music, shopping, arts and theater. Very close to Southwestern University and a short bike/walk to City parks/recreation. Just a short drive to Austin if you want to experience music/film festivals, Formula 1 Racing, or the hill country. The home is furnished with all things necessary for a delightful stay.

Front porch with swing and large back porch with patio furniture. Front looks out to large open fields with regular deer, rabbit and turkey sighting. Because of our area, we have limited Wi-Fi.

It is not suited for more than 6 adults at any one time, but can host 8 to 10 guests when including children. There is also stainless steel appliances and the fridge has water/ice maker. The master bathroom has a garden tub. You'll have a refrigerator, washer, dryer. The TV has Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon prime. The backyard has a patio with outdoor furniture and is fully fenced in for your pets (no aggressive breeds).

Set on heavily wooded acres. Close to dining, shopping, downtown but also tucked away enough to unplug and relax. Hike to the San Gabriel River or take a short drive to Georgetown Lake. The cabin grounds feature a serene koi pond and hot tub. Seasonal fire pit - placed out in fall and winter. 5 minutes to HighPointe Estate and close to many other wedding venues.
