Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

The guesthouse Ludwig is unique for its location. The name itself came from our address as we are located at Ludwig Mlokosevichi #1. Ludwig Mlokosevichi was the Polish scientist, who initiated the founding of Lagodekhi protected areas, our treasure and pride. Because of this we decided to call the guesthouse Ludwig. There is Lagodekhi protected areas in a 100 meters walking distance. We try to make guest feel like a local, offer homemade breakfast and he dinner, joyful piano evenings.

This Cabin is unique, all handmade by me. It is located in small forest around you many trees and everything is green. You will have lot of space and yard with outdoor gazebo. This place is quietest area in the city. Cabin is made from natural materials, wood, steel, brick, glass. All cabin, furniture, lights, interiors accessories is handmade. No sound will disturb you. Me and my family will host you and help with everything what you want. Cabin is located from city center 1.5 KM.

The apartment is located in one of the central, historic districts. You will stay in a typical Georgian old building. The property is studio-style and has a cozy balcony. The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (4 sq. m) and a kitchen. The apartment offers self check-in. The small, family owned old house has been recently renovated with great care to keep its unique characteristics. The old authentic feel is totally preserved and some details added for more comfort. The accommodation is located in the very center of Telavi. Within 5 minutes walking distance from the central square, King Erekle II palace and the central park Nadikvari which has an amazing view on the Alazani valley and the Caucasus mountain range.
