The house is located is on one of the premier streets in the neighborhood. You can visit Downtown, The Short North, Italian Village, OSU all within a 5-10 minute drive. The newly built carriage house was designed specifically to create a warm, inviting and stress free experience for my guests. Bonus-There is easy on street parking.

This charming, 1 bedroom apartment has all the amenities you need to feel right at home. Being just blocks away from downtown, you can easily walk to the best places for dinner and drinks Columbus has to offer. Enjoy the warmth of the gas lanterns on the brick lined streets, as you stroll past the neighborhood's gorgeous historic homes and beautifully landscaped gardens.

This newly renovated historical home with high end furnishings features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, fenced in yard, outdoor seating, and off street parking. Guests have access to the entire home, not shared. Within walking distance, there are multiple public parks, shops, restaurants, bars, and a grocery store.

The back yard is full of charm with several seating areas, fire pit table, and fountain. This home can sleep 6 people in beds and 8 with air mattresses.
