Our stay was great! The house was clean and had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. It was very easy to get an uber to Broadway/other attractions. Pete was very responsive with questions and the helpful tips were much appreciated as it was our first time in Nashville. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to Nashville.

We were very happy with our stay at Mary and Willie’s place. It was comfortable, clean, had plenty of space, was close to shops and restaurants and had convenient access to downtown Nashville. Mary was always very quick to respond and we felt very welcome and taken care of. We highly recommend!!

Great location to all the main attractions (Broadway, Gulch, etc). Clean and homey feel. Responsive hosts! Would definitely stay here again. I have zero complaints!

We stayed in Nashville as our Father was having a medical procedure. The location was easy to find, close, and completely accessible to Vanderbilt. The house is adorable, the neighborhood is clean and quiet. We felt right at home. We chose to cook and the kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay again. Thanks for allowing us to visit your comfortable charming home.

Nice neighborhood. Very family oriented, considering it's right down the street from the college. Our dog was safe in the back yard. House was very clean, smelled nice, modern furniture, big bathroom shower and a fully loaded kitchen(all sorts of appliances). Places to eat near by were walking distance and the downtown area was just a hop, skip and a jump away. This home is in a very convenient location. We were very pleased with our stay.

Absolutely loved our stay. John communicated so well with us and made sure we were accommodated upon check in. The house was clean and had everything and more we needed. It’s a perfect location for just about anything you want to do! 13 of us stayed (all women) and we had more than enough room. We will be using him again for future trips!

Great pet friendly cottage in a great location! The beds were comfy and we felt right at home. Plenty of amenities and having a fenced in yard was really nice for pups. The recent storms knocked out the WiFi/cable prior to our arrival. We get it, things happen. Cherylann communicated with us about the situation and was kind enough to give us a gift card for the inconvenience. We will definitely look for the cottage in any future visits to Nashville!

This home was absolutely amazing and beautiful!!!! We had such a great time! Sooo beautiful and not to far of an Uber ride to downtown. We wished we had more time there to enjoy the house more. The beds were soooo comfortable & the water pressure in the showers were great as well. Rose is sooo sweet and responsive when we messaged her. She made us feel so welcomed! We are already talking about going back to Nashville and when we do this is where we will want to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Nashville! The apartment/condo offered beautiful views in a quiet, elegant setting — the perfect place to relax after a day exploring the city. It’s within walking distance to Broadway, and I felt completely safe making the walk both during the day and at night. Highly recommend for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a convenient location!

Great place to stay and experience the heart of music row. Apartment was close to some great coffee shops, an awesome brewery with great pizza and salad and some fun bars. Check in was a breeze and everything was as expected.

I will most definitely stay here again. Very reasonable, clean, perfectly located around everything, and it was so cute. The host was amazing to work with, and her communication was great. I definitely recommend this place.

Very easy instructions. Condo was clean, quiet and only mins from Broadway and The Gulch. Pleasantly surprised to see a few small other amenities that aren’t normally seen with other rentals (i.e a sound machine and portable fan). Thanks for a great stay!

Alex's apartment was exactly as described and perfect for our group of 5. Check in instructions couldnt have been clearer or easier and it was an easy walk into The Gulch for restaurants and bars and even into downtown was a short walk or five minute Uber. Alex gave great recommendations also, we had a great stay. The only thing I would mention is that the walls/ceilings are thin so you can hear a lot from other apartments but it wasnt a big issue for us. We had a great week in Nashville

Katie's place was exactly how it was described, I felt like I was at home. The patio in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee was superb. The esthetics of the apartment were well thought out and very creative.The location was 6-8mins from dtown depending on the traffic, the outside would fool you on what your in store for on the inside, just because it a bit dated exteriorly and ducked off on the side. Katie was a great host and made sure we had everything we needed prior to arrival. I will certainly stay again.

The location was down the street from my daughters house and close to restaurants. We felt safe to walk in the evening. The neighborhood is quiet for it being close to a busy road. The house had everything you could need. Plenty of linens and towels. The house was clean. The furniture was not very comfortable but the beds were. We were there only at night time anyway. Deidre was quick to respond in communication and gave thorough directions. We will definitely stay again when we visit!

My wife and I travel a lot. Stay in Airbnb's probably 1 to 2 a month. I highly recommend this one if you are in the Nashville Area. You are close to downtown and things to do. We enjoy the cozy home vibe, and this one made it feel like home to us. Beds are very comfortable!! The host was very sweet, easy to contact, helped with any questions we had. If you are like us and stay in these a lot, there are many things you worry about, but this one didn't have any of those issues. It even has a nice little back yard with things for kids to do. All in all, my wife and I have it marked as our go too if we come back to Nashville. This is one of the better ones we have stayed in. Felt like home away from home!!

We loved our stay here! Walls were filled with local history and it was amazing to see how many country legends lived in this neighborhood. Close to great restaurants, hosts are so knowledgeable about the area, and we loved the tribute to Robert's Western World. Will DEFINITELY book again 🪕

This was a great place to stay, especially if you’re looking for a place that is close to the airport, but is also only a short ride to downtown. Everything was as advertised by the host and she did a wonderful job of checking in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay. If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay that’s not too far from all Nashville has to offer, this property is a perfect fit.

This was a phenomenal Airbnb! The place was just like the photos. It was very comfortable and private. We loved being able to walk to restaurants. We also loved the coffee shop and bakery that were only a few minutes away! Highly recommend!

Zachary was a fantastic host. His communication was thoughtful and helpful from booking to check-out and he went above and beyond our expectations when we had to delay our arrival due to a last minute scheduling conflict. He was extremely generous and accommodating during an otherwise stressful moment for us and really stood out as a kind person who genuinely wants to help his guests. His place is easily walkable to the main shopping/dining strip in 12th South, but set back sufficiently to be perfectly quiet and private. The neighborhood is lovely and it’s easy to get downtown or anywhere else you want to go. I would highly recommend Zachary as a caring host with a well-kept, well-situated place that offers both comfort and convenience. We enjoyed ourselves very much and would book his place again for our next visit.

Mary was an amazing host. She thought of everything we could have possibly needed for our stay, especially with our dog. She left cute notes to help us find the appropriate linens for the furniture for the dog. She had a list of numerous recommendations for every section of Nashville. We absolutely loved our stay!!!

The property wad perfect for a weekend with 3 people but could easily accommodate 4. We didn't use the kitchen for anything besides reheating left overs but it was spacious. Host communicated perfectly. Bedrooms are tiny but very clean and linens and beds were comfortable. The entire house was tiny but what we were looking for and exactly as described. We didn't travel with pets but this property was the most pet friendly I've ever seen. We'd definitely stay again if we were in the area.
