Dear guests, Welcome to our small Boutique Hotel in Kaulbachstr. 42 in Munich. We have a total of 6 rooms and are located in an absolute top location directly at English Garden. Within 2-3 minutes walking distance you can reach the Eisbach, Monopteros, the beer garden at Chinese Tower and on the other side the university with subway connection, the Pinakotheken, the Museum Brandhorst, the Leopoldstrasse with many restaurants, the Siegestor, etc. You can walk to the inner city in a few minutes.

Audrey befindet sich im 1. Obergeschoss der Villa von 1890. Auf geräumigen 23qm findest du alles, um ganz besondere Nächte erleben zu können. Das Bad ist im Zimmer integriert, also offene englische Toilette mit Zugsystem und freistehende Badewanne für ein ganz besonderes Duscherlebnis. Das Zimmer wurde, wie die ganze Villa auch, liebevoll renoviert und nach altem Vorbild revitalisiert. Auf Wunsch steht die herrschaftliche Beletage mit 2 weiteren Räumen (gegen Aufpreis) zur Verfügung.

The guest house is located in the center of Hamburg, in the middle of the university district of Grindel, Messe, CCH. Central connection buses, U+S-Bahn. Various sights, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are within walking distance. We are located in a quiet backyard. You can drive to the yard from 3pm to 6pm to load and unload, but you cannot park. There is the possibility to park 10 minutes from here for 25 € per night. With registration, there are 2 parking spaces available.

Die Suite verteilt sich über 2 Etagen und verfügt über ein wunderschönes Schlafzimmer im OG, ein Bad mit Dusche und WC und einen großzügigen Wohn- / Essbereich mit sehr gemütlichem Schlafsofa (mit Matratze). Vom Wohnbereich kommt man auf die eigene großzügige Terrasse. Das Apartment ist aufgrund des Hotelbetriebs voll ausgestattet (Bettwäsche, Nespressomaschine, Geschirr usw.) und verfügt über 2 Fernseher.

The smallest and most affordable room which happens to be the cosiest is lined with recycled wood making guests want to snuggle in the double sized bed right away. The bed is on a podium allowing space underneath for luggage storage. The room is basically divided in half with a glass sliding door, one part being the room and the other the bathroom with a walk-in shower. This is the only room in the back of the building which adds to its comfort and quiet atmosphere.

We have restored the building with great attention to detail and with the help of the whole family, trying to preserve its charm and character.
