Our family ( 2 adults & 2 kids) had a fabulous stay for 4 nights in January. The apartment was spacious, clean and extremely comfortable with beautiful views ( amazing sunrises) and a gorgeous infinity pool. Julia was a top host who was very responsive and helpful and we felt very much at home. The driver Ketut was so helpful in taking us for day trips and organising laundry etc, nothing was too much trouble. The daily complimentary breakfast was super yummy which was a true bonus. Although a 20 min walk from the heart of Nusa Dua, we actually enjoyed this as it wasn’t so hectic and we still had all the amenities and groceries available. Having two kids I was concerned about lack of restaurants close by within walking distance but need not have been as we found two amazing restaurants within a 5 minute walk ( Sai Japanese restaurant and Surya seafood cafe) offering the yummiest and safest food ( rate both 100%) which was a real treat! Stunning cliff side accommodation and hands down one of the most memorable Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. The ocean view is breathtaking, the balcony is lovely, the bathroom feels like you’re in a cave! Stunning design with a comfortable room. That being said there are a few things to note Pros: - Honestly one of the most stunning Airbnbs at a pretty affordable price - Location is great with many beaches and restaurants nearby - Good A/C and drinking water dispenser - Porter service was great for luggage Cons: - You need to climb up/down several steep stairs to get to the place which means it’s not the most accessible. - Blinds are very thin which means the room gets really bright early in the morning - you might get the odd visitor 🐸 Nevertheless on the balance it’s an amazing place that we highly recommend!

Die Unterkunft The Tiing Villas war super. Stilistisch super schön und toll am Meer gelegen. Preisleistung stimmt auf jeden Fall. Die Umgebung ist leider sehr dreckig - speziell im Eingangsbereich vor dem Hotel. Es wäre schön wenn sich Hotels grundsätzlich auch um ihre Umgebung kümmern und Plastik einsammeln. Das Essen war wie bereits durch andere Kommentare beschrieben, nicht sonderlich gut. Wir sind gern ins benachbarte warung (Segara lestari) mit tollen frischen Produkten gegangen. Alles in allem ein schöner kurz Aufenthalt.

Great maid service! However location is’nt very good if you want to sleep before midnight. Check in instructions were unclear we ended up having to walk our luggage all the way to the second reception to pick up the key. Overall stay was 8/10

Very flexible and I was able to checkin early as requested. Clean, no clutter room and that view is to die for!!!! Cons: Shared bath/toilet. (Although I believe this was listed in the listing). Yes, u will hear the noises from the outside. Restaurant and people downstairs. So if you’re sensitive to noise, this isnt for you. I would love to stay again definitely when I go back to Uluwatu, Balangan Beach, Bali.

I had such a pleasant stay. everything is new; fresh flowers in the room and bathroom; towels smelled sooo good; internet was fast for work & meetings. it’s a super-private-mini-villa-with-the-pool away from the hussle’n’buzzle and on the same time close to everything. cherry on the top is the helpful & chill host with good english and a big smile. right away after I arrived she organized me a scooter that was delivered right behind the door which made me feel super welcome. matur suksma 🙏

My 2nd stay at Marlissa place. Thank you Marlissa for a great stay. We love it and thanks to housekeeping for doing their job very well! We did not have problem from any noise, can sleep very well…comfy bed too 😊

We had a great time at the villa. surf spot is right in front of the house. not recommended if you want to swim in the ocean, at lowtide you can do walks on the reef even to the next beaches. at hightide the waves are too strong to swimm. at least if the swell gets a little bigger. the walk to the house goes down some steep stairs, bring light suitcases. they provide help to carry your suitcase up and down the stairs. we enjoyed the restaurant right next door, amazing meals and drinks. the monkeys are no big deal, just don't leave anything outside, not even clothes. thanks for the good times!

Ayu is a wonderful person and amazing host! Couldn’t rate this place higher, she is everything you want in a host: great recommendations, responsive, accommodating for anything you want and a friendly welcoming energy. The place really is better than the pictures, it is the perfect spot and has everything you need. Great shower facilities too. Perfect mix of being in nature but with modern facilities. I recommend this place to anyone.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and really enjoyed our time at Bingin beach. Spending the day listening to the sounds of the waves is so relaxing, and we loved watching the tide come and go. There is some construction noise, but not bad. The bed is comfortable and the A/C in the bedroom works well. The only thing I wished for was a fan in the bedroom so you could cool down while waiting for A/C. The A/C in the main floor living space isn’t as good, so it might not be the most comfortable to sleep in. The stairs are definitely no joke, but they’re very doable. Just don’t plan to go up and down multiple times in a day unless you’re very fit. We ate most of our meals on the beach, unless we were planning to go up the stairs for another reason. There are good restos on the beach. get cash before going down though as there is no ATM and some take cash only. Host was very kind and accommodating when my husband was ill and sent extra help for bags on check out. Overall a great place!

Our host wast fantastic! Absolutely amazing! The view and the space was absolutely stunning. The gym and the ice bath were a little less than the photos but otherwise we loved the spot.

We were on the lookout for a peaceful place for a group of 9 people including parents and a toddler. So glad we chanced upon this magical villa. From the get go, this exceptionally beautiful place surpassed our expectations. The massive size, breathtaking view of the sea and most importantly the extremely friendly staff and host. Everything was just perfect and made for the perfect start for our visit to Bali. I’d give 11 out of 10 stars to this place if I could. Only regret is we didn’t stay for a longer time here :) Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful retreat away from the touristy attractions and hustle bustle of the city
