Great place to stay, security was top notch in a gated community , we felt at ease for the children to play. We really enjoyed the pool especially on the days the ocean was too wavy to swim in. Overall the villa is a great size , well maintained and much more modern than the other villas that were for rent. Antonio is by far respected by my family and I, he was very communicative & suggested good restaurants to munch at . He maintained the property during our stay and cleaned the pool multiple times ! We will be back again

Host was very helpful and kind. The place was very well equipped and beautiful. Specially we liked the outdoor area. Luckily we had a very nice weather during our stay so we could enjoy the sun in the outdoor space. Location was in a quiet area, surrounded by tangerine-orange fields and local farmers. Sea was in a walking distance, nice path to there. Definitely worth visiting!

L’appartamento di Jay è uno dei AirBnB più belli che io abbia mai visitato. Dotato al 100%, ristrutturato e con un terrazzo bellissimo dal quale abbiamo visto perfettamente le stelle cadenti e il cielo stellato. Conflenti è un piccolo paese immerso nella natura, dove ci siamo svegliati con gli uccellini. Jay è stato molto antenato e molto gentile, dal momento del nostro arrivo al momento della nostra partenza. Angela e Mariano, i suoi collaboratori in paese, sono stati gentilissimi e pronti sempre ad aiutarci e guidarci. Consigliatissimo per una vacanza veramente calabrese. PS: Fate una bella doccia nel bagno della stanza principale: Non vi pentirete della vista alla montagna.

Soggiornare da Chiara per noi e’ stato molto rilassante. Al nostro arrivo ci ha accolti con gentilezza e simpatia, guidandoci subito nel suo “Piccolo Rifugio” dove ogni cosa ogni particolare richiama alla mente la parola armonia sapientemente distribuita dalla sensibilità di Chiara. Nella frenesia (dovuta ai nostri continui spostamenti) dei giorni seguenti è sempre stato un immenso piacere tornare in questa oasi di quiete e tranquillità impreziosita dalle costanti attenzioni di Chiara sempre pronta ad elargire gustosi e graditissimi doni, frutto della nostra bella Calabria. Soggiorno semplicemente perfetto! L’host è stato disponibile, preciso e simpatico fin dal primo contatto. La casa è ancora più bella dal vivo che in foto: mentre cucini puoi goderti una vista mare mozzafiato, come se stessi dentro a un quadro. C’è anche un piccolo angolo con balconcino, ombrellone e sdraio che ti fa venire voglia di restare lì per sempre. Un grande plus: i cani sono i benvenuti! Abbiamo trascorso una Pasquetta meravigliosa in compagnia, sfruttando al massimo il cortile sul retro, super attrezzato con ogni comfort possibile. E che dire delle chicche? Le piantine di salvia, peperoncino, prezzemolo e basilico sopra il barbecue, l’albero di limoni… un tocco speciale che fa davvero la differenza. La casa è completa di tutto, curata nei minimi dettagli. Tornerò sicuramente!

Modern und sehr saubere eingerichtete Ferienwohnung , direkt am Strand/Meer. Ausblick ist sensationell. Francesco ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber,der sehr bemüht ist ,den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Für Fragen und Wünsche hat er immer ein offenes Ohr. Sehr zu empfehlen!

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Dejligt hus i olivenlund. Smuk udsigt. Veludstyret køkken. Gioditta var en god vært, svarede hurtigt og hentede os da vi var kørt forkert. Følg instruksen med vejen. Man kan ikke bruge Google Maps, hvis man kommer fra syd. Dejlig gåtur til landsby. Vi fik lov at se på olivenhøsten. Jeg vil anbefale stedet, hvis man har brug for ro og fred.

Siamo stati in questa casa una settimana,accoglienza impeccabile,stanza pulita e ci hanno fatto trovare già diverse cose come prodotti locali acqua succhi ecc.. Nella casa non manca nulla e quello che c’è funziona alla perfezione. Le cose che più sono state apprezzate sono il parcheggio nello spazio del condominio e l estrema vicinanza a tutto quello che serve (mare,uscite serali,negozi oltre che facendo un tratto molto breve in auto ci si ritrova subito sulla SS Tirrena). Antonio host impeccabile che è stato reattivo in tempi record nel risolvere un problema (causato da me). Null’altro da dire,consiglio vivamente.
