昌子さん and staff were amazing! they took good care of my vegan diet and we were able to communicate via Line at all times. The place is beautiful, the onsen peaceful, and the surroundings are just something else. I totally recommend and would come again if I ever want to ski or trekking in Japan

It was a very homey ryokan with kind staff. The lounge offers free coffee and tea, plus some small pre-packaged bread for breakfast. There is also a free massage chair. The hot springs smelled metallic and orange stains were left on the parts of my body that touched the bath, but the hot springs were still very nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was a very enjoyable stay :)

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable sous la neige à Kazeya ! La guesthouse, digne d’un hôtel, est authentique et très confortable. Le personnel est à l’écoute et très accueillant. La nourriture était très bonne. Les onsen sont incroyables. Nous recommandons cet endroit !

Very great position if you want to catch the bus to kamikochi. Nice and relaxing. The outdoor spa was the highlight! Also easy to find a place to eat even at night time

This is a great gem in Nagoya. Two stops from Nagoya station, and very easy to find. The top floor feels airy and bright, and although I forgot a also mask (skylights are difficult to add blinds to) I had a very peaceful and long rest both nights I stayed. Xiuhui is very quick to reply to airbnb messages, and went out of the way to make sure I was comfortable; going so far as to do a load of laundry for me!

She was such a kind and flexible host! Anything I needed, she helped me with. She allowed me to drop my luggage off early and would also wash/dry my clothes for me and drop it off at my door. It was my first time here in Nagoya and I found that this location was perfect. The room itself was clean and I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Nice place to stay, and definitely enjoyed the hello kitty room! Super hospitable and very kind! It was just enough space for the trip and the price was good! Thank you so much!
