Mein Aufenthalt war angenehm und die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und ich würde wieder bei ihm buchen.

“특급호텔보다 만족스러운 경험을 선사하는 숙소” 1. 특색있는 인테리어 갤러리하우스라는 이름처럼 호스트의 감각적인 인테리어가 돋보였어요 정형화된 호텔보다 좋았고, 바깥 풍경도 아름답고 평화로웠습니다. 2. 청결도 최상 호스트의 살림 능력이 놀랍습니다… 수건, 침구는 물론 식기까지 정말 깨끗하고 정리가 잘 돼있거든요~! +)어메니티는 물론 디퓨저, 식기까지 고급 브랜드인 걸 보고 호텔보다 낫다는 생각이 들었습니다 거기에 정수기까지 있어서 음식 외 따로 챙겨갈 게 전혀 없어요ㅎㅎ 3. 추천 대상 - 가족끼리 편하게 시간 보내길 원하시는 분들 - 숙소에만 있어도 휴가를 즐기는 느낌을 받고 싶은 분들 4. 재방문 의사 가족들 모두가 만족한 숙소여서 담에도 꼭 들르고 싶네요 호스트분 친절하게, 또 빠르게 답장 주셔서 넘 감사했습니다:)

Everything about the Rose House is perfect. It feels like home, is well equipped, and very spacious. The included morning breakfast during the weekdays is high end restaurant quality and all five meals were delicious. Time spent visiting with Ms. Rose and her two delightful dogs after breakfast was a great way to start the day. The private deck was perfect for relaxing at the end of a busy day. The coffee shop next door was wonderful. The #3 (Orange Line stop 347) is a 10 minute walk from the house. There are numerous parks within 15 minutes. There is an entire row of restaurants one street over and plenty of businesses to visit. We will definitely stay at the Rose house during future visits to Seoul.

집 한채를 전체적으로 빌려쓰는데 적절했음 방 2개에 넉넉한 침대 싸이즈. 온돌로 따뜻하게 지낼수 있어 좋았음. 작은 아파트를 빌리는것보다. 성인 3명 이상이라면 이 집을 빌리는것을 추천합니다. 있는 동안 여유롭게 있다 갔습니다~

We stayed with Mr. Dong for about 3 weeks with my sister and it was a great place to stay for the price. Even though it is a semi-basement, there is plenty of natural daylight which is a big advantage. Mr. Dong's place was very clean and has literally everything you need for everyday life. We stayed in December when it was quite cold outside. Mr. Dong's place was always warm as there are heated floors throughout the apartment which is great. We always felt comfortable there. Each bedroom has its own desk which made it a good place to work remotely. A small issue for us was the internet quality. Even though there were several Wi-Fi networks in the apartment, they did not always work as they should, but overall I would rate the internet quality as satisfactory. Mr. Dong's extremely caring attitude towards guests deserves special mention - he is always responsive and very easy to communicate with. Recommended stay for the price.

신랑 코엑스 수업 때매 애랑 같이 서울로 가게 되었네요.위치 좋고 가격 저렴하여 여기로 선정했습니다. 애라서 침대에 자면 떨어질까봐 걱정했는데 침구류가 완전 많아 바닥에 깔고 잤습니다^^.위치가 정말 좋고 (근처 순대국 맛집 많음 1층은 명륜진사갈비 ㅎㅎ 넘 맛나요! 지하철도 가까워요 롯데월드 걸어서 갔어요) 가격도 저렴하여 너무 만족합니다^^ 다음에 또 들릴게요^^친절한 사장님 항상 건강하세요~!

It was extremely nice and comfortable place to stay. I stayed 10 days and she responded very prompt. Apartment itself was spacious, clean and well maintained. Everything was in walkable distance and I pretty much enjoyed the korean restaurants surrounding there. I would come back and stay again.

Lucy’s apartment was absolutely immaculate and exactly as described in the photos. From the moment I booked, she provided detailed explanations in perfect English, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly responsible and responsive, ensuring everything was ready for my stay. The location is fantastic—conveniently close to public transportation and surrounded by plenty of great local dining options. I admit I was a bit apprehensive initially because the apartment doesn’t have a traditional bed. Instead, it features a Korean-style rollout mattress with blankets, which was a new experience for me. However, I’ve never slept better! The mattress was incredibly comfortable and surprisingly great for my back—I’m so thankful for that. This is hands down one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed at in Seoul. Highly recommended!!

Very friendly host and comfortable stay! About 3-5min walk to the nearest station and very close to Lotte World!

정자역 접근성이 좋고 주변에 상가가 많아서 이용에 불편함이 전혀 없습니다. 주차관련사항이나 레이트 체크아웃등 편의를 최대한 봐주셔서 편하게 머물렀습니다.
