The house and yard were perfect for my stay with my dogs. Yard is clean and very safe, secure which is important to me. The kitchen has all the amenities; living area very comfortable and open. The neighborhood is quiet yet close and convenient to everything in Payson. Danielle was quickly responsive to my requests and questions. I'll definitely look to return to her place when I return to Payson.

Colby’s place is the perfect home for those who are trying to escape the cold of the northeast winter. It is a perfect location. A short walk takes you to Fountain Park and the many restaurants and events such as the weekly farmers market and the yearly art festival. A short drive takes you to numerous trails and relaxing hikes. If you prefer to stay at home, you’ll find a relaxing and peaceful backyard. Inside the beds are comfortable, the home is spotless and the kitchen is well supplied. I am hoping to return next year for a longer visit.

Randy's place has been a favorite of ours for years! Randy is an Amazing host, and his home is clean and cozy. It also has a nice big yard for the dogs.

We stayed with our 3 little daughters and it was perfect. The pool and game room were a huge hit. The pool was heated to the perfect temp which was an added bonus for morning swims on cooler April mornings! Kendalyn was a great host and made sure we had what we needed and more! She was great at communicating and very responsive. We’d love to stay again when we are back in town!

The house was perfect. There were even space heaters outside for the cold nights. The pool was clean and warm! The house was equipped with all the essentials - good quality bath products, toilet paper, plenty of towels. It was excellently located as well.

Doug's house was more than I could have imagined. Everything was perfect and was well stocked with everything necessary. It was perfect for my large family. 14 people and 2 dogs. Very spacious and plenty of beds for everyone. I would highly recommend this home to anyone. Large or small family. There were plenty of games for the children and plenty of hiking trails. It was a very relaxing time for everyone. Great place for a Thanksgiving feast. Doug responded right away if I had a question. I would definitely rent this home again! Thank you again for sharing your home with us!

I rented this apartment for my parent while they were in town for my granddaughter's baby shower. Karen and Bryan's place was perfect! Well layed out, everything you could possibly need was available. Beautiful private back yard with fire pit and chairs under a pergola, access to a grill if needed, super comfortable, sturdy king size bed huge bathroom and closet as well as a kitchenette with everything you could possibly need. I 100% recommend this place and will be reserving again whenever we have family in town. Photos don't do this justice! So grateful I found this place. My parents were extremely happy with it!

Laura & Bob were wonderful hosts. They made me feel welcome from the first day I arrived. Cute & cozy little cottage for a weekend get away or long stay.

John & Jennifer definitely exceeded our expectations! Everything was absolutely perfect! They messaged us days before arrival to meet and provide directions. On our way we got lost and they helped guide us back to the main road. Upon arrival they greeted us and ensured we had all we needed. They provided so much that we definitely overpacked...towels, linens, blankets (heated ones also), hygiene items, everything to cook/bake, tools to brush the snow off of our vehicle, sleds, and so much more. They plowed the road. They were so kind to give us Grandma's hot chocolate, marshmellows, & candy canes for our children, &gave us some carrots and let us barrow some scarfs to make snowmen. The home was very clean, had heated toilets, & a sleep number bed. There were games to play and we loved them so much we ordered them to arrive at our home by the time we returned. I could go on but am running out of character space! We loved it so much we extended our stay 2nights & reserved our next stay!

We had a great stay at Kowanda's place! We were there for my daughter's soccer tournament and it was less than 10 minutes away from the fields, which was perfect! 3 bedrooms was nice so each of the kiddos got their own room. It was very easy to find, super clean, and extremely quiet. Check in/out was simple and communication was quick! We would definitely stay again.

Everything from the location to the host was perfect! The converted apartment was exactly what I needed and it did NOT disappoint! Little details exceeded my expectations and truly felt at home. The host was very friendly, personable and courteous. There were recommendations for places to eat, things to do, places to visit readily available. When I come back to the area, I will certainly be booking here again! Highly recommend!

Breathtaking views on the foot of the Superstition Mtns! Peaceful location. Desert lovers paradise! Woke our first morning to wildlife playing outside. This home offered all we needed for our week-long stay and Lisa was responsive to all my questions prior to arrival. Would definitely stay again and recommend to any friends/family visiting the area!

As always, I was welcomed, asked if I needed anything, told to "just ask" if I discover I need help, great location. It feels very secluded yet so close to everything in town. The place is decorated in the style of the southwest but not over the top and not over-crowded with knickknacks like other places I've stayed. It's got everything you need for a quiet, peaceful getaway.

We loved this place! Beautiful setting and so peaceful. S’mores were a priority. 😊 Thanks for the fixings. The fire area had great seating. Everything in that home was so comfortable and we were provided with so many amenities. Close to town with restaurants and the market. Host was very responsive. I would recommend staying here.

Our stay at the Cozy Bear Home in Bison Ranch was nothing short of amazing! From the warm welcome to the perfect location, everything about this getaway was ideal. The home had great amenities, including a relaxing hot tub and a fenced yard, which was perfect for our pet. Being surrounded by wildlife and near a beautiful lake added to the charm—we loved the serenity and peacefulness of the area. This spot truly offered the perfect escape, and we can’t wait to return!

It was a wonderful getaway from the Phoenix area. Cabin was bigger than expected as the picture do not do it justice and plenty of room for everyone. Loved the stay!

Mike and Cindi have a beautiful cabin in the peaceful pines. We cannot say enough good things about their place. It is an absolutely perfect getaway spot for rest, relaxation, and clean mountain air. The cabin is cozy, well decorated, and makes us feel right at home. This was our second visit to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and we already look forward to another visit next year. I stayed here for a family trip with my husband, my parents, my brother and his girlfriend (and three dogs total!) it was a great excuse to get the family together. Host’s communication was excellent and we appreciated the flexibility of having our dogs with us for the weekend by doing an extra deposit through air bnb and refunding which was no issue at all. The neighborhood is certainly away from the main town but we came prepped with all our food for the weekend which I’d recommend due to the distance. The neighborhood was private and quiet, we took the dogs on a walk around the homes and waved to all the neighbors. The main room is where we spent the most time and we all really enjoyed the real wood burning fireplace. The kitchen was very well stocked and the bedrooms were comfortable and cozy! Thank you, loved staying here.

We had an amazing stay at this cozy cabin! The views were absolutely breathtaking, and the space was beautifully decorated and cozy. The beds were incredibly comfortable—we slept like babies every night. Everything about the cabin made us feel right at home. It was the perfect escape, and we can’t wait to come back!
