Grill out and eat under the canopy of oak trees on our 400 sq ft deck. Bringing your personal boat? The ramp is right down the street. There are also pontoon boat and jetski rentals nearby. Tube the Ichetucknee for free right to our dock!

My husband and I found this amazing river front home right before we retired. We wanted a retreat home where our 4 daughters and their families could experience the river, the woods, boating, tubing, fishing and swimming all in a nature setting. We love this home where at night, you can watch the deer feeding in the front yard and in early morning watch the manatees and otters playing in the river. At night make sure you light up the fire pit for smores and storytelling or jump in the hot tub.

We are located in Three Rivers Estates and 7 minutes from Ichetucknee Park South Entrance and near Ginny, Poe, and Rum Island springs. We have tubes for floating, and 2 kayaks. Enjoy a great deck, screened porch, and downstairs screened in room for a campy experience. We welcome a pet with an extra $40 cleaning fee.
