Lovely home nestled in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. The home was perfect for our weekend party of 6. Thankful for a stocked coffee bar, snacks, and filtered water, as well as garage access for our vehicles which came in handy while it rained. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay there. Close enough to all restaurants and wineries. It was really nice to see deer outside while enjoying a cup of coffee on the patio. Definitely recommend!

Property was clean and well maintained, photos were accurate and stunning upon arrival. Very walkable to city center and no more than a four minute walk to food and night life.

My girlfriends and I enjoyed this place so so much. It was close to everything we wanted to do for the weekend so we never drove - just walked everywhere. Home was spotless and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds! Jennifer was so responsive when we didn't not have a K-Cup coffee maker and had one delivered overnight so we could have coffee first thing in the morning. A life saver! Loved the outdoor patio area with the swinging bed! Such a nice breeze when we came back after a hard day of shopping and wanted to just hang and rest before dinner. Definitely plan to come back again! :)

I enjoyed this cozy little guest house. Bed was comfy and all was just as described. I even got to spend a little time in the hot tub. Only ten minutes from the main street with shops etc and its very nice quiet and relaxing!

Great place in the middle of Frederiksburg. The kitchen was well equipped and the interior was excellent. Fully recommended!
