My family and I were gathering together from 3 different states to one mountain cabin in Georgia. We found Beary Happy because it met our requirements. Upon arrival, it was much better than expected inside and out! Rainy times were not a problem because the home had plenty to keep us occupied while the resort had lots for us to do when tge sun shined. The property manager was very responsive and welcoming, providing us far more than we could have hoped for. We lacked nothing but groceries, which were nearby. The cabin was spotless and smelled fresh! We hope to go there again in the future and we thank you for hosting us.

Cottage was as advertised and much more!! From seeing deer’s in the morning and evening as well as the recreation center for some arcade fun. The locution was within short drives to winery’s. Downtown Ellijay and Blue Ridge are also short drives for grate places to eat and shop. Definitely will be back!!!

It was an amazing weekend, seeing wildlife everywhere on property was so cool, game room was awesome, fire pit was very relaxing and peaceful, we want to come back in fall so we can watch football on the tv in the covered porch. The fireplace in the house was amazing. Mary and Dianne were amazing host, they really made us feel at home. The snacks they left were A+. We will definitely be staying at Mary and Dianne place again.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb for our girls’ weekend! The house was absolutely perfect—clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed. Every one of us slept comfortably, which can be rare when traveling in a group, but this place was so well set up. The location was secluded and very private, surrounded by nature, which made for such a peaceful retreat. We even saw a lot of deer right outside, which was a beautiful touch! Our host was fantastic—very responsive and incredibly helpful with recommendations. She suggested some great wineries and restaurants in the area, as well as local hikes to explore. One of her recommendations, Roo Winery, was a standout. We went there and had a wonderful experience—the wine and atmosphere were great. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we would definitely come back!

This house was truly amazing. My grandkids loved the game room, could not get them out of it, Lol. We would definitely go back again. Thank you Matt and April for a great experience. Lisa Treadway

We booked the “Looking Glass” as a surprise getaway for my stepson’s spring break (he is visiting from NYC). He is 14 and had a blast using all of the wonderful amenities that the home provides. We spent hours on the patio just listening to the river. My family and I will cherish these memories.

Bryan was very communicative and responded right away. The place was beautiful and perfect for 4 adults, 2 teenagers, a 5 year old and our 10 month old daughter. It was new and kept very clean. Hot tub was great and there were TONS of deer all around the property that were very friendly and came to hang out with us outside. My only warning is the steep driveway and hill the house is located on. We got in late and it was dark and very difficult to back our truck up to the property without almost driving over the ledge.

Heather was super responsive and easy to get in touch with. Hot tub was an added bonus that we enjoyed the 2 nights we were there. Had everything we needed at the house. My boys loved the recreation center, which was an added bonus! Clean & spacious. Peaceful area as well :)

Ashley was a great host! First of all she accepted our last minute, late evening, reservation. And Secondly, she was gracious and responsive during our stay. The place was so cozy our kids did not want to leave! It was exactly as described and had everything we needed. If you're looking for something in Ellijay that is comfortable and feels private but is still very convenient to the main road, look no further!

This place was perfect! The river was great for our kids (13 & 11) to play in. They had a great time! The kitchen was well-equipped and clean. The morning we left there were at least 25 deer right outside the front door. Definitely would stay again!

This home is amazing we had a couples valentine trip and everything was the same as the photos great place to spend time with family and friends get to know each other cooking and games are a must have the view is beautiful and lots of space to enjoy we love it and our host great communication and problem solving and the pancake and syrup was there as in the description we will book again

We loved our stay in The Treehouse. The tiny home shares a driveway with the main property, which then wraps around to its own area creekside. The Treehouse has a stunning view with great windows, is clean and neat, chic and stylish, and incredibly peaceful. Michelle did a great job of providing information, including a very useful list of recommended restaurants. I would recommend the Treehouse to any couple looking for a romantic getaway or a person in search of white weekend retreat.

It was tranquil, and beautiful! It felt so good with the crisp mornings! The place was well decorated and the lot was secluded and calm!

Had a great stay! Very quiet, comfy beds and very cozy! Would recommend you driving an AWD vehicle to get up the steep climb. Overall felt right at home, I would come back!

This was by far the best Air BNB I've stayed at. My boyfriend and I wanted a peaceful, romantic, quiet Valentine's getaway from the city. We instantly loved the house and went to play games downstairs. Everything felt so cozy and homey. Crystal was so accommodating with check out, letting us stay a little longer. She was so helpful with everything leading up to the trip and even surprised us with little Valentine's chocolates! Best host, best place to stay! We definitely plan on coming back!!

We had a great stay at Angie’s place. The house was new, spacious, and had beautiful views from all rooms. Angie responded to any questions promptly. Highly recommend.

Great location. Had some heavy rains but still able to access cabin without 4x4. It’s a gravel road for a stretch but not crazy steep. Place itself was great. Amazing views and very comfortable

Thank You for your wonderful cabin experience, it was just the right place to disconnect from the city. Hot tub was great. Plenty of space so that we did not feel we were on top of each other space. We were rained in one night. And this place has plenty of games to fight boredom. Loved every minute our stay!

What a great stay in Blue Ridge! Beth’s cottage is minutes from downtown, beautifully appointed, and she’s a perfect host. We had great communication, easy check in and lots of local recommendations. We can’t wait to come back!

Very lovely home, even nicer in person! Fire pit and being so close to the river was wonderful! Views from the downstairs king room were stunning aswell!

This place was so beautiful and peaceful. We did not want to leave due to us feeling at home. I would recommend this place to others. I will be staying again in a month or two

I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing that I was kind of disappointed about was the hot tub didn’t work. The fireplace on the balcony doesn’t work and the grill didn’t work so that was a little disappointing for my birthday weekend but everything was great.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay! The home was peaceful, Host was responsive, It was lovely and over all just very welcoming. We felt right at home! One of the best thanksgivings my family has ever had.
