The only word to describe this stay was perfect! Very scenic and secluded yet close enough to restaurants and grocery stores. About a beautiful 40 minute drive to New River Gorge but would’ve been happy just staying at this perfect cabin listening to the creek flow in the woods. We will definitely be booking this cabin again in the future!

This place is adorable! We had a wonderful time staying here. Everything was exactly as we had hoped. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful. I highly recommended this place.

Our little vacation here was wonderful…very peaceful by the river. Everything in the house was ready for a lovely stay…very clean and well equipped (though I could have used one larger fry pan,,,or I couldn’t find it.). otherwise, everything was here. The back porch is delightful, and was perfect for my 94 year old father and I to sit and talk and watch the river go by. The view is gorgeous. The only surprise was that the house was on the road. However, all the homes on the Elk River are between the road and the river because of the steep, wooded mountains. The road was, however, quiet, and never interrupted our joyful stay. This is a very historical area… rough looking old coal towns, but even these are fascinating. We loved it.

Such a beautiful place to spend time away! Brian was very nice even with my chatty husband. Great hiking and got my kids off of their electronics for an entire weekend! It felt great to be that close to nature but a short drive to the next town.

The house was nice and cozy, and perfectly suited our needs for the weekend. John and Donna were quick to respond to any message, and had no excessive checkout requirements - which I always appreciate!

This house was perfect for our family. We had 3 dogs and a cat and the back yard was wonderful. The house was very nice and unique and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!!

We went to WV to visit an older relative, and Pam's rental made our trip a breeze. It was IMMACULATE, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were set up for success when traveling with a little one. Her space was absolutely perfect and honestly even better than advertised! She offered ideas of what to do in the area and was very responsive! Additionally, she had safety equipment like flashlights available-- something we didn't think to bring. We have already recommended her rental to other family members that have stated they plan to visit the area. We hope to be back and have loved working with Pam! She's an 11/10!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was perfect for our group of five and had amazing views. Mark was very easy to communicate with and I would recommend this place to anyone that was planning a trip to West Virginia!
