My husband and I enjoyed our stay in this lovely home for our anniversary weekend! The home was cozy, clean and well thought out — there were even fresh flowers on the dining room table. The welcome basket was also such a nice touch! We felt right at home. In the mornings, we enjoyed the sun on the deck (as did our dogs) and at night, we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. It was within 15 minutes driving to the Black Hawk casinos for a perfect getaway during the day. Sarah, the co-host, was extremely communicative and friendly. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We had an incredible stay at Brigette’s 5-star Airbnb in the Colorado mountains! Brigette was exceptionally responsive, extremely accommodating and communicative, making our trip seamless. The kids were thrilled with the game room, and the house was equipped with everything we needed and more. The fully loaded kitchen was a highlight, perfect for cooking family meals. As newcomers to the area, we appreciated Brigette’s thoughtful guide to local attractions, which helped us discover amazing spots. This place is a gem—highly recommend!

AMAZING views. On a steep hill, with snow/ice you DEFINITELY need 4wd/AWD. Wifi worked great. 3 story house, great space for our family to spread out. Loved the fireplace and living room views. Wonderful location if you are trying to ski at Eldora, close to Boulder and Estes park/RMNP for day trips. Had toys, high chair, and pack n play which was very helpful for our family Well stocked kitchen. Host is amazingly responsive, gave great directions and very helpful. We definitely give this a 5 star rating and would stay here again, but in case these things matter to you: VERY THICK Memory foam on almost all mattresses in the house, and if that isn't your thing the double bedroom has one bed that is not like that. While there were luggage racks in all the rooms, almost all the drawers and closets are filled with (I assume) owner objects, so if you are staying for multiple days like us you continue to have to live out of your suitcase (fine by me, but not all my family).

Wonderful place to stay!!!! Amazing fews, good water, clean bathroom and house, and very well kept!! Definitely a good recommendation as long as you don’t mind driving.

Lovely home. Beautiful scenery. Close enough to the city but far enough to get relaxation and outdoor activities. Would recommend and return. Love the small mountain town atmosphere close by.

Everything was ready for us at the time agreed upon, check-in super easy. Written directions posted for renters were excellent. 2 private bedrooms, additional large bed in an alcove upstairs. One full bath, one half bath. Wi-Fi excellent Laundry machines, d/w, microwave, toaster, drip coffee pot, large frig, electric stove/oven, good selection of pots, pans, mixing bowls, utensils. Filtered water pitcher in fridge. Brought our own crockpot & hand mixer. Stunningly beautiful location. In a hilly, forested neighborhood, feels very private. Upstairs deck w/ propane fire pit, main level deck w/ hot tub & propane BBQ. If you don’t want to go anywhere, you won’t need to. About 90-105 minutes from Rocky Mountain National Forest (use state hwys 119 & 7, live up to Colorado’s reputation for beautiful highways). About 75 minutes into the west side of the Denver Metro area. Bryce was very responsive to questions before we arrived & while there. Thank you!

We had a great stay in Winter Park. We traveled up for a wedding and everything was perfect. The hot tub and pool were a great bonus too. We would love to come up and stay again.

Had a lovely stay at Roger & Sharon’s place! Everything was as described, we had everything we needed, and felt right at home. Extremely clean and well maintained, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Thank you for a great stay!

Great spot, as described, very comfortable and peaceful, and has everything you need for a getaway including a well stocked kitchen! Also appreciated the bonus snacks left by previous folks. :) Hot springs were close enough that I didn't end up using the hot tub but if staying longer, that would have a been a great perk. (Cleaning up, vacuuming, and washing + drying the laundry is requested so just make sure you can budget that time in the morning.) Would definitely recommend Scott's place!

Michael was very accommodating. The place was a bit cozy for 3 adults but worked for us. Bring your own shampoo/body wash/lotion!

Just as described. Had everything we needed to cook meals, sleep well, and relax after a ski day (hot tub access and the fireplace). Loved the record player in the evenings. Will stay again if available!

Excellent stay for our first time in Grandby! This was such a great family and dog friendly condo. Our daughter loved going to the large indoor/outdoor pool to play with the other kids after a long day on the slopes. Condo was on the ground level, which was perfect for our dogs. We loved how we were so close to the ski resort and anything we needed. We’d definitely choose this place again! Thanks for a great stay!

I had a very nice stay here, and Steven was very easy to communicate with and work with. It’s a really nice home with a great kitchen and downstairs and very comfortable nicely set up bedrooms upstairs, plus a nice work area.

My family enjoyed our stay at Cal’s home. The beds are really comfortable and my kids commented on they were the best they have slept on in an Airbnb. They all liked having their own rooms. It is a short walk to the creek where we spent time relaxing, reading and built a fire in the evening. We enjoyed the wood burning stove in the evenings when we chose to be inside. This is a great location, there is a lot to see just a short car ride away. During our stay we were lucky enough to see a moose and some elk. We also enjoyed the fox that would venture down from the hill. Dave was a joy to visit with and he offered great suggestions on what to do during our stay. Thanks for opening your home to us. Lisa

This place was great, highly recommend! It had a lot of amenities that exceeded what we were used to for an Airbnb. Reyna was very responsive and helpful. The space itself was clean and well equipped for our party of 9. The house is cozy but the backyard views and set up is where it’s at. It’s such a relaxing place, 25 mins from Central City Casinos and night life and 20 mins to Loveland Ski basin. Thank you Reyna for sharing this lovely place with us! Will definitely book again next ski season!

The ultimate retreat! We loved everything about our stay here! Everything you could possibly need is available, labeled, and easily accessible. The property and its surroundings are just stunning.
