Oscar muy buen anfitrión te resuelve cualquier duda, muy amable. La familia estubo muy agusto. Sin duda un lugar para volver a quedarse a pasar unos días.

Mi experiencia en esta casa fue simplemente maravillosa. Desde el momento de mi llegada, la atención fue excepcional; los anfitriones siempre estuvieron atentos y disponibles para cualquier detalle. La casa es extremadamente cómoda, con espacios bien cuidados y todo lo necesario para sentirte como en casa. Además, la tranquilidad de la zona es incomparable, perfecta para desconectarse y relajarse. Definitivamente, un lugar al que volvería sin dudarlo. ¡Altamente recomendado!

Luis Eduardo is a perfect host! He was super friendly and communicative from the first contact until after we had left. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The kitchen is much better equipped than most places in Colombia and Luis Eduardo even left us ingredients for us to use when we arrived. The location is quiet and peaceful, and the view is beautiful. If you like birds, you will love waking up with their songs and watching the different colorful species in the surrounding trees. If you’re looking for peace and comfort in that area, you won’t regret staying there!

La estancia en la finca ha sido muy buena, hemos disfrutado mucho. Giovanny desde el comienzo, ha estado muy pendiente en todo momento, tanto con las indicaciones para llegar, como con cualquier cosa que necesitábamos. Javier y Carmen, son personas muy amables y siempre dispuestos a ayudar y en hacer que todo funcionara correctamente. El sitio es muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. Esperamos poder volver en un próximo viaje!

Beautiful house in a peaceful, tranquil and safe neighborhood. Has everything needed for a short or long term stay. Easy to find off the main road, yet secluded and private. Highly recommended.

El apartamento es bastante similar a lo ue se ve en las fotografías. Ideal para estancias cortas o largas en grupos de 5 o 6 personas. La vista desde el balcón es muy bonita y los trabajadores del edificio (vigilantes, piscineros) son muy colaboradores. Dos aspectos para remarcar: 1. La cerradura de la puerta principal no da mucha seguridad, da la impresión que puede abrirse con cualquier objeto. 2. Las camas de las habitaciones secundarias no son dobles como se menciona en las fotos, sino semidobles. ¡Gracias Stéphania por confiar en mi familia!

Es un apartamento cómodo y limpio, está muy bien ubicado es muy central. Las áreas comunes son geniales. El check-in fue muy facil con entrada autónoma. Fernando nos ayudó mucho y respondió siempre.

Muy bien sitio, tal cual como aparecen las fotos, el anfrition siempre estuvo pendiente de todo y fue muy flexible con la llegada. recomendado.

You've heard the saying "location, location?" This apartment was in a perfect location-close to Cacique Mall, Bosque Parque, 21 Cafe coffee shop, etc. It is a lovely apartment with plenty of shopping, restaurants, etc. The host, Zaira, is a dream host - friendly, responsive & just very warm. Building was easy to find for Uber & ALL of the security staff were friendly. The building is very secured which was a plus for us. The huge terrace on the 2nd fl of apartment has an amazing view that catches the cool breezes. I personally loved the washer & clotheslines. I really can't say enough about this apartment. We will be back!

Best air bnb host I’ve ever had, I came down to Colombia from Canada to get surgery with dr hector, the air bnb is only 5 minutes away from the clinic. Cesar was nothing but amazing!!! He was super sweet and attentive anytime I needed anything he was there and not to mention I missed my flight he let me come back to the apartment after my check out to take a nap and relax while I was getting my flights situated. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a great place to stay, if you’re running errands or have to visit Centro International de Especialistas or El Pinar Clinic is very accessible and convenient. The place was immaculate clean, swimming pool was great, concierge and security staff are amazing. Clara & Miguel are super nice, friendly and easy to communicate with. Definitely on my next trip to Bucaramanga I’m staying at this place again 10 stars to this place. Great experience.
