This was my second stay at the host’s place and definitely not the last! Everything was clean, comfortable, and exactly as expected. Highly recommend – a great experience once again!

We love Lucky 7 because it has everything we need. Great location, very comfortable and calm. We come back to the villa because it is such a good match for us.

Dimitrios was a wonderful host. He was very helpful and communication was fast. He went over and above to make our stay perfect. The apartment has a wonderful corner view and was very comfortable. Waking up to that view ever morning was fantastic. It is on the water front with bars and restaurants at your feet. It can be a little nosy at night as your right on the main strip which we loved but just keep that in mind if your a light sleeper. They offered free parking in a car park close by which was a great to have. We recommend this place and can’t wait to be back.

Our stay at this lovely house in Cyprus was nothing short of fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and well-maintained, making it the perfect retreat after a day of exploring. One of the highlights was the spacious living area that opened up to a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. The location was ideal, situated close to both the beach and local attractions. We appreciated the recommendations from our host, who was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. They made sure we had everything we needed, which truly enhanced our experience. This is a good stay and would definitely recommend to others, it is spacious and very enjoyable to stay in for a bigger group. The backyard is also incredibly spacious and the location is great. A couple quick notes: the power went out twice and so just know that it is easy to overload the system and is a quick switch flip to fix. Additionally, the location provided is not accurate and we walked .5 miles to the actual location, but the host was incredibly friendly and very helpful throughout the small mishaps.

Andreas was a super host, helpful with questions and information even before we got to larnaca, when we arrived Andreas was there to meet and greet us and gave us a bottle of wine and 3 bottles ofwater a very nice gesture and welcome,if we had any questions Andreas was allways there to help, The apartment was perfect, clean, tidy and comfortable, the balcony was totally amazing,But the view was fantastic unbelievable, The apartment is walking distance to the beach the bus stop and laranca town all within a 5 minutes of the apartment, great restaurants, good food ,friendly people, the beach was lovely and clean ,all in all the perfect hoilday, I will definitely be going again to laranca and definitely staying at Andreas apartment, top man, top apartment, I recommend it to anybody,

Antreas was always responsive and super helpful. He did check in with us to ensure things were going smoothly. The standout part of this Airbnb was the pool and garden, perfect for our two little ones. Plus, a bonus that you could heat the pool for an additional cost (very rare to find). Thank you again for a lovely holiday experience!

Stavroula was both proactive and responsive. She reached out to offer service and information, and open to help when asked. Our trip was interrupted by the Heathrow shutdown and Stavroula was able to help accommodate our changed schedule. She offered good ideas and ensured our arrival went smoothly.

Andreas' Villa is a very nice House. It looks exactly, like in the pictures, everything as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again <3. Liked the occasional cat visits ;-). We even got an inbetween cleaning for free (we stayed 10 days) which we really appreciated, never had that in an air bnb. We recommend a car to get around the island, many nice things in short driving distance. A pre-saisonal visit is recommended too, not too many people everywhere. And last, but certainly not least: Andreas is a top host! Always very fast in answering, very welcoming host, even got a lasagna form for me,as I asked, if there is one and it wasn't. Overall: We recommend this place to everyone

Other than there not being much hot water for showers, the property was very nice and location is great for a relaxing holiday by the beach.

This is our second time staying with Themida. Although we stayed at another accommodation, the experience was still the same. EXCELLENT! The level of hospitality is unmatched! The hosts are so friendly and helpful and the apartment is spotless! Again, we cannot fault anything about staying here and when we return to Cyprus - we will deliberately seek to stay with Themida again because we love staying with them so much Thankyou again for having us Love from Jordan and Kemmy

Rebecca's place was beautiful. It was our second time at Thallassa Resort and we find it such a nice tranquil community that's great for children of all ages. The accommodation was beautiful, thank you so much for sharing your home with us x

A really nice stay. My wife and I took the whole villa and it was great. The pool and outdoor area was just what we needed. Inside was clean and well stocked. The bus and bikes outside allowed us to travel easily without a car. A great stay and well worth a visit

We recently stayed at this wonderful villa in Cyprus and had an absolutely perfect holiday with our 8 month old son. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and friendliness by the owners, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and even before we had arrived. The villa itself was beautifully set up, especially great for families with children as everything we needed for our son was there for our use, Maria had thought of everything! The location was ideal, just a short walk from stunning beaches and convenient shops, as well as lovely restaurants. We enjoyed daily beach outings and easy access to local amenities, making our stay both relaxing and hassle-free. Overall, this villa provided us with everything we needed for a memorable and enjoyable family holiday. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway in Cyprus! Had such an amazing experience. It’s our 2nd time coming back to the same accommodation. I am now a regular :) Steve and his beautiful family are very welcoming, polite and warm hearted and i would not choose a different place to stay. Dora was a fantastic host and the location can’t be beat! We brought our dogs with us and the home was well set up to host us and our dogs for a long weekend. There’s a great restaurant called Theta that’s super close by and all the amenities of Larnaca are just around the corner. The beach was beautiful and super walkable, just be mindful it’s a rocky beach to the sand so it could be hard for some folks to navigate. The house was well set up for families with a nice baby gate at the stairs and a great water filter dispenser for cold/hot water. We loved our stay and we’ll definitely be back!

I had a fantastic stay at this cozy little house! It was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the beach. The Wi-Fi was excellent, which was a big plus. I especially loved the outdoor spaces—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the fresh air. The host was always friendly and communication was easy. Highly recommend! 🌊🏡✨

היה מדהים ועולה על הציפיות! הבית מאובזר ברמה גבוהה, הבריכה מהממת ומתוחזקת בצורה טובה מאוד,כל יום הגיע איש בריכות לטפל, הוילה נראית בדיוק כמו בתמונה, והחלק המיוחד ביותר הוא חוף הים, הכניסה למים ממש מול הגינה, חוף פשוט יפיפה!!!!! נהננו מכל רגע תודה רבה!

We had a fantastic stay! The place is located in a quiet area, yet still within walking distance to the sea, which was perfect for us. There was plenty of space, and the rooms were very convenient and comfortable. The apartment had all the amenities we needed, making everything super easy and enjoyable. The host was incredibly communicative and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend!

Theodoros place is very beautiful with a great homely energy. The place is seconds from the beach and a starry sky at night. If you are looking for peace and serenity this is it, do not hesitate! The cat is very sweet also. Theodoros was responsive when I called/ messaged, easy going and friendly. I loved my stay here so much and would definitely recommend to friends family and come back when I can. You do need a car to get around fyi!
