We had a lovely stay at Ann’s house. We arrived to a generous welcome packet of essentials and snacks and two lovely bottles of Prosecco. The house is old with lots of character but the facilities are modern and work well. We stayed at the end of April but the pool was heated for us and we used it every day, we were thankful for the hot tub to warm up on the more overcast days! The kitchen is wonderfully stocked with plates and glasses for entertaining and the Aga and bbq worked well. If you have small children I would recommend bringing plastic crockery as there wasn’t much of that. We would definitely look to come back if we are in the area.

Beautiful property in a lovely scenic country setting, but being only a few minutes drive from the beach. Great indoor pool and a lovely garden. Property a lovely mix of old world country cottage, but with all the mod cons needed for everyday life. Everyone loved the holiday, from young to old and enjoyed watching tv together with a real fire on chilly evenings. Loved Uplyme and Lyme Regis.

We had such a lovey long weekend at the farm house. The hosts were quick to respond to messages and check in was easy. The house is just like the photos, however they don’t do the garden justice! The house was equipped with all that we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The garden is beautiful and the pool was amazing - heated to a comfortable 29• and in beautiful surroundings. My only suggestion would be a sign stating how deep the water is, however that did not distract from our enjoyment at all! We loved the table tennis table and brought our own garden games to play outside. We’d thoroughly recommend the house to families wanting an escape to the countryside.

This was our third stay at Lois’s place, albeit the first in the eco house, as opposed to the barn. The house was both comfortable and quirky, qualities we have come to expect from our charming and artistic hosts. Unusual pictures, books, design features - one is entertained at every turn, while the leafy surroundings (the beautiful garden and driveway as well as Redland Green itself) make it all worthwhile. Lois or her husband Paul are always on hand to help you with any questions and have a chat with you at the same time. We heartily recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for something a bit different and off the beaten track yet within walking distance of decent shops, cafés and restaurants.

Just come back from Mistletoe Farm after celebrating a Hen weekend there. We all could not fault the hosts, they were incredible & always checking if we needed anything, so helpful throughout the whole stay. Mistletoe Farm is beautiful & so peaceful. Plenty to do within the property. We all especially loved the pool/hot tub & also the karaoke machine was a big hit. It really is the perfect place either for celebrating a special occasion or a family weekend. We all enjoyed our stay & said it is a place we would love to go back to. Thank you again to the amazing hosts. Would highly recommend this air b&b 😊

An unforgettable stay for a special occasion! We booked this house for my sisters 40th Birthday celebrations and it did not disappoint! About a 20-minute drive from Cardiff which was convenient when venturing out for food and drinks (I would advise pre booking travel as we got stung on return taxis) The check-in was very friendly and informative. The host made sure we had all the details we needed, and the process was smooth and hassle-free. We felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was just as described in the listing with plenty of space and thoughtful touches that made the stay even more special. Everything you could need was provided, including a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and toiletries. The place had all the essentials, and it was clear the host put a lot of care into making sure everything was available. The house was our home for a few days celebrating a 70th birthday. The glorious weather helped but the garden spaces with toys and sports equipment provided was great for young and old. Add in the hot tub, bbq and the ample fire pit for the cool evenings and everyone was happy. The house was spacious for 15 of us, with everything provided to cook up a storm and a games room offering a bit of friendly competition when it was needed. We had a great time.

We very much enjoyed our stay. It is a lovely house in a great location. Watchet is a friendly and interesting little town. Parking in a nearby car park was straightforward. Communications from the hosts were friendly - and the instructions were clear, comprehensive and unfussy.

We had a lovely time staying in Frome! the house was fantastic had everything you could need for a great holiday. Kitchen was well stocked and the bath was amazing 😍. We will definitely be coming back and would recommend it for everyone!

Tess is an amazing host: wonderful and warm. One of my daughters' highlights was speaking to her and learning her technique for fluffing up the resident chicken. Her hospitality was extraordinary, from the delicious cream tea to bountiful breafast. She might have even convinced me about cream first instead of jam on scones...

very clean little house in a very quiet area. a bit far from town center however. Sue and Lee were very accommodating when I wanted to book an extra night and gave me a very good discount also. We had absolutely no issues (apart from the neighbour who decided to start his lawnmower at 9am every morning). Apart from that, we enjoyed a very nice stay :)

Roz’s home was pristine. Great amenities, great location and very comfortable beds. We had everything we needed for a comfortable week’s stay. Working from home was also super convenient with very fast internet. Would recommend.

Its a so cosy and convenient house, we family all love it, Gary is so nice and kind who gave us very helpful guidance during our stay.

We had a wonderful weekend in WSM with friends. Jenny's house was close to the town/sea front and was spotless and clean. Good communication and very responsive and flexible. There were good local restaurants and pubs close by. Very close to sea front which allowed us to have a number of walks along the promenade. A wonderful visit.
