1800's barn that was original barn to Governor Yates Mansion - which now houses a 2nd floor quiet, quaint 400 sq. ft "open concept" studio. Private outdoor deck, offstreet parking. Only 3.9 miles (8 min) to Cooperstown’s Main Street in the spring, summer and fall and 5.7 miles (10 min) in winter.
