Location was great, a short drive to the heart of Queenstown, peacefully tucked away from the main road. The walk down from the carpark requires some effort if you have mobility issues or large/heavy luggage - well worth the effort once you reach the property. This may not be a matter much longer as we were informed that a funicular was being installed to assist with luggage. The bedding was super comfy! David was very responsive, friendly and helpful. His assistance went above and beyond. Would highly recommend & wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Robynne's home was simply incredible. It was beautiful inside and out, and had plenty to do within walking distance. It being located less than a 5 minute walk from the water taxi was very convenient, and provided a great way to get in and out of Queenstown without having to drive. Robynne was very helpful and provided everything we needed during our trip and was always very quick to respond to questions. The provided house manual included instructions for every appliance in the house, as well as great recommendations for things to do nearby. Her home is a fantastic way to experience Queenstown and I highly recommend it

Probably our favourite Airbnb ever. It ticks all the boxes. It has a perfect location: outside the town but walkable to town in about 25 minutes on the lakeside Queenstown Track, and it’s on the slope below the main road into town, so you don’t see or hear the traffic. It has a gorgeous view of the lake and mountains that you could look at for hours. It has comfortable beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen, with helpful labels on the cupboards and drawers so you’re not constantly trying to remember where things are. It’s easy to get in, with access by code so you don’t have to worry about keys or cards. It has convenient parking. It has good bikes that you can take out - we rode to the Kelvin Peninsula on the other side of the bay. There’s lots of room to spread out. The host’s representative replied right away when we had questions. It’s not cheap but it is so worth it.

We had a lovely stay here. It’s a fantastic set up for kids with a Porta cot and high chair plus a few games and books. The place is beautifully decorated. We had expected, based on the photos, that it was right on the lake. It’s actually down a long driveway in the other side of the road, but it’s an easy walk and the lake area is beautiful at sunset. Very nice to be away from the business of Queenstown, but still within easy driving distance.

Neil & Hilary's Queenstown apartment was the perfect start to our holiday. At the end of a private cul-de-sac there was easy parking out the front. The view from the room was unbelievable. The apartment is new and well insulated, we didn't need the provided heater and ended up kicking the doona off during the night, the in-floor heating was so effective. There is a walking path opposite the house on Lake Watapiku, cafe and bakery 5mins walk in one direction, a glorious lakeside walk that goes for as long as you have in the other direction. Neil & Hilary were great to chat with, friendly and knowledgable about the area. We had three days here and wish it was much longer. Be aware there is no kitchen as such, just a microwave, bar fridge and sink, but this was all we needed for this trip.

Mark and Rebecca’s cabin is so far the best AirBnB we have stayed in. Such a gorgeous location! Beautiful view of the lake. The cabin is impeccable clean, with top notch linens. Rebecca gave us coffee, tea, butter, delicious bread and many other things to snack on. She is also very sweet. We would love to stay here again next time we come to New Zealand and visit Queenstown!

A fantastic place to stay, exactly as described, perfectly clean, very well setup and we loved the homemade bread! Nice quiet neighbour hood, safe on street parking right outside the unit. Recommend taking the Queenstown water taxi into town, has a stop a short walk/drive away, takes you right into town, no need to find expensive parking! We would definitely stay here again.

This was our first time as a group in Queenstown, we loved it so endlessly and wished we would’ve stayed longer. This airbnb was so incredible, the views, amenities and homely vibes were amazing! As twenty year olds, we greatly appreciated this incredible experience - and can’t wait to come back! I couldn’t recommend this place more.
