Welcome to the Dapper Fox! The home boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Brand new construction and tucked away off the main street. Located in the "Avenues", the Dapper Fox is conveniently located near Enloe Hospital, Chico State and Downtown. We are a dog-friendly property (pets are people too). An additional $75 cleaning fee per stay will be collected after booking. Please let us know a little about your fur babies. Potty trained and well behaved please. 2 dog limit, please. No fenced yard.

This cottage was completely remodeled in 2020. It sits on the back of our property and backs up to an orchard. The property is over an acre. It is quiet and peaceful. You will find fruit trees, grapes, a garden and chickens. The chickens roam the property during the day. You may hear a rooster in the AM. There is a covered patio and fire pit to enjoy the evenings in Chico. If you like to cook outdoors there is a gas BBQ & pellet grill/smoker. It is 1.8 miles from Chico State and Downtown.

Come see our wonderful farmhouse in the middle of an Almond orchard. The 3000 sq.ft. house is open and relaxing. Pool is inviting the swimmers to cool off or just sit and relax. Then spend the evening by the firepit in our redwoodsand be charmed by the frogs and other creatures singing. The master bedroom and bath is large and has both a soaking tub and a walkin shower for two! upstairs has 2 bedrooms with a full bath in each.
