Eli’s place was great! Spacious, clean, and a very convenient location. Eli was communicative and helpful. Since it is a very central location some noise from the street is to be expected, so be prepared for that. Overall all went smoothly, highly recommend!

Joyce's place was great. Right off the boardwalk and plenty around to do.

Jeneene’s was a great place to stay for our family. Beautifully appointed and well set up for kids. An easy distance to the airport and Philly sports venues. We greatly enjoyed our stay. Easily accommodated 9 adults and 3 toddlers.

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations - he provides towels and sheets, unlike most other Ocean City NJ properties. There were 6 very comfortable "real" beds (in other words, no bunk beds for adults to crawl up to, no pull-out couches or blow-up mattresses described as beds as in some other listings). It had a coffeemaker and a Keurig, plus an air fryer, gas grill, nice furniture on the balcony, a sauna in one bathroom, 2 lovely full bathrooms, and much more. I would rent this property again!

It's a perfectly lovely cottage, as seen in the photos. One big happy room with a comfy bed. We stayed for a weekend, and drove to Philly a couple times (40 minutes?), which was close enough. We also hiked a bit. You can walk right out of the house, right down the road, right into the nearby state park, and right into the adjacent arboretum. Which is altogether pretty cool. Could it possibly be better? Yes, the one drawback is that you're staying in someone's yard. But the house is pretty far back, and we did not meet our hosts, or anything like that. That is to say it felt very private. In short, it was absolutely 100% worth the price.

My extended family had a wonderful time at the farmhouse. All the rooms were clean, airy and cozily decorated. The kitchen was great for cooking as well as having large meals together. We used the huge porch morning, noon and night and the back pool was clean and a relaxing space to hang out. The location is near many small towns with good restaurants, and shops with all the basic necessities are also close by. Farmer Pierre was quick to respond to any questions. We also enjoyed having small interactions with the farm animals, especially the pygmy goats. There was plenty of parking space as well. All the amenities were as promised and we all just had a wonderfully relaxing time.

Loved this place for a small weekend get away with friends. It was so peaceful and relaxing.

Lauren’s apartment was the perfect central Philly location for our family holiday. Had everything we needed for our stay, the washer and dryer were a bonus! Bedrooms were very comfortable and just what we needed after a long day walking. Located literally a stone’s throw from the Liberty Bell & Independence Hall and within walking distance of lovely coffee shops and restaurants, the Independence Visitor Centre (the volunteers there are lovely) and lots of historical locations to explore. Would definitely stay there again.

The home is beautiful, and the location is terrific. It's close to transportation and within walking distance of many restaurants and stores. The house is well-stocked with everything you need. However, I do have a couple of complaints. When you pull up to the house, it feels like you are arriving at a construction site. Additionally, there are no TVs in the bedrooms.

A Great stay at Jory’s house - plenty of room to spread out and relax, as well as have nice family dinners and time to chat and play games. Great location near our family, as well as the very nice Manayunk Main Street and canal walkway.

We came back to this Airbnb a second time. It was just as lovely, beautiful, and serene to be in as the first time around. Thank you Kathleen and team for such a a wonderful stay and for being so great with communication and accommodations. 10/10 recommend this hidden gem! The entrance to the house may be hard to find at first, but once you do find the trail to drive in, it’s like driving through the enchanted forest into a private oasis. Thank you again!

Staying at Peter’s provided a peaceful getaway for my husband and me. The rustic atmosphere was much appreciated. Walking around the property allowed us to enjoy the horses and alpaca. The proximity to West Chester University was a benefit. Peter is a tremendous host who strives to connect with his guests. We look forward to returning to explore more of the area!

Dennis was extremely easy to talk to and made sure had everything we needed before we landed ! The place was in a quiet neighborhood like advertised and the place was very clean.

I walked to Reanimator coffee in Fishtown every morning and got takeout for everyone. The bed was comfortable. Interesting inustrial + yuppie condo neighborhood. Was perfect for us.

This place in South Phili is amazing. The house is spacious and relaxing. Lots of places to sleep, bathrooms, a beautiful kitchen and an outdoor patio. The neighborhood is peaceful and its right next to a park. It's close to Pat and Geno's steakhouses. There is a coffee shop right down the block. It took us about 30 minutes to walk into the city to start seeing attractions. A great place to stay after a busy day. Our host was so helpful with recommendations. Very communicative throughout the stay. We highly recommend this place.

Mary was a great host. She was very easy to communicate with. She gave clear instructions and check-in was easy. The condo was on the older side, but was perfect for us, my elderly parents, and young children. It was clean and well-stocked with bath towels, sheets, extra pillows, and cooking pans. Location was perfect- entrance right on the boardwalk, and parking under the building. Would definitely visit again!

One of the best shower heads I have ever had the pleasure to use. Took a ton of will power to not stay in the shower the whole stay. It appears that Ruthie and her family live in the house when guests are not staying. That did not bother me and my guest, but something to note. Really close to a Casino if that is what you are looking for. Less than a 5 min walk.

Mimi’s place was perfect for our family of 5! We rented it for its proximity to OCNJ without the cost and were very pleased with the amenities and location. We were at the beach in ~30 minutes and at the boardwalk in ~40 minutes and there are closer beaches, we just have a tradition of going to OCNJ. We would definitely stay again!

We had a nice stay at Caryle’s house. It was a nice location to explore Longwood gardens, Wintertur, and Philadelphia. Neighborhood was quiet. The house was nice and clean and we felt right at home. Caryle was very responsive and proactive.

Our stay at the AVE was outstanding! The host was very friendly, responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay. We were in the area visiting our newest grandchild. The apartment was an excellent find, only 5 minutes away from where we needed to be every day. The apartment was a great "home away from home" and exactly as described. It was really clean, comfortable, and quiet. We borrowed our daughter's car and were able to park in the lower level garage. We stayed for over a week and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely fantastic once again! Could not ask for a better location. The place is wonderful and the view is perfection. Will come back next year!

This complex is fabulous. It is super clean, easily accessible, front desk manager is wonderful and accommodating. He is so pleasant and helpful. The amenities are fabulous and the location is perfect. Quietly and conveniently located 20 mins outside of the city.
