High Mountain Stone Cottage in the Cederberg

Rock Cottage is a beachfront apartment on the famous 16 mile beach on the West Coast of South Africa. The river on your doorstep so if you don't swim in it during the summer, you can see how it grows in the winter next to a fireplace as you hear it roar. Secluded Off-Grid Mountain Cottage

Private stand-alone cottage on a beautiful farm 1.5 hours north of Cape town and 30-40 minutes from Elands Bay. This is a very simple, off-grid, self-catering cottage with beautiful mountain views, a dam to swim in and hiking access to the entire 2000 hectare farm. The farm has established hiking and mountain biking trails, horse riding on request and established sport and trad rock climbing routes. The cottage has two fireplaces, a gas stove, fridge, a 'donkey' water heater and solar power.

You’ll love my place because it is on top of a mountain where you are surrounded by fruit orchids and mountains. Also, loadshedding does not affect us as we are on solar. We are only 160km from Cape town. We live right next door but do not mind a good party, all within limits of course! The dam is a short walk away where you are welcome to use the two paddle boards and canoe. The house can keep you entertained with pool table, boardgames, books, WIFI and ping pong table.
