A block and half to restaurants and bars, etc. Surfboard/bike-storage friendly private room with free street parking. Please note this is not an apartment, so it has no proper kitchen. It is a room in our home with a private entrance and bathroom.

Sleeps 4 comfortably, perfect for families with children or 3-4 adults. We do not rent to guests 25 years and under. Parents with kids are welcome!
