Our stay at this accommodation was perfect for our visit to Antibes. We have all fallen in love with Antibes it’s such a beautiful place with so much history. We will return and will definitely come back to stay at Annie’s place, we couldn’t have stayed in such a perfect location in the heart of the Old Town. Thank you!

My wife and I had the best vacation ever! This is the best Airbnb i’ve ever rented by far. Ela was a fantastic host. The building (Parc du Cap) is incredible. It’s brand new, with unbelievable amenities such as beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, a fantastic tennis court, a top notch gym and spa boasting a world class sauna, steam room and even a cold room. The apartment itself was immaculate with top notch appliances and a large furnished terrace. The location was as good as it gets! It’s only a 5 minute walk to the heart of Juan-les-Pins and all the restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s also only a 5 minute walk to all the amazing beaches. We also walked 15 minutes to go into Antibes and all their restaurants, beaches etc. If I could sum our experience in one word it would be- PERFECT! Gary Busel

We had a great stay in Nice. Brian was a very nice, friendly host. The location of the apartment is great, you can walk to the supermarket and transportation to the city in 3 minutes. The train station and the sea are also within walking distance. The equipment of the apartment was perfectly fine and it was very clean at the handover. We would come back again!

Bellissima vacanza trascorsa in uno splendido appartamento dotato di tutti i confort immerso in un efficientissimo residence con palestra, sauna,piscina, quiete e ampi garage! Jostt è stata una figura fondamentale perché il soggiorno avesse il meritato successo! Mai invadente e sempre puntuale a soddisfare qualsiasi nostra richiesta! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente

Un petit paradis au milieu des Mimosas. Très calme, bien équipé. Pierre-Marie et Christine sont très discrets, adorables. Leur jardin est très beau. Vous sortez de chez eux et on se trouve directement entourés de Mimosa. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Wir durften die Bastide Alexelia eine Woche genießen! Unsere Gastgeber Valérié und Richard haben uns herzlich begrüßt und die Wohnung , den sehr gepflegten Garten und Pool gezeigt. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Alles was für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt wichtig ist war vorhanden. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir können die Bastide sehr empfehlen!

Wonderful apartment in a great location. The building is new, the apartment is spacious and the bathroom is big. There’s air conditioning and an elevator. Great security in the building. There’s a supermarket very close by and the street is quiet. It’s a short walk to the Palais. The coffee machine didn’t work but Sylvie replaced it right away. The only negative thing was the dirty floor. When I wiped water off the bathroom floor or near the kitchen sink the wipe came up dark with dust/dirt. It could have used a good cleaning. But honestly that’s the only con. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this property.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Carine. Le loft était très propre et très bien équipé ! La piscine chauffée est un plus et le domaine est superbe. Carine est très agréable et de bons conseils. Si vous avez des animaux tout est pensé également pour leur accueil (loft avec jardin fermé idem pour la maisonnette) Le logement est au calme absolu sans vis à vis ce qui permet de se ressourcer. Enfin tout est prévu pour les enfants (nombreux jeux extérieurs pour tous les âges et goûts) Nous le recommandons !

Un superbe loft,d'une propreté absolument parfaite, une décoration magnifique, un endroit vraiment parfait pour une parenthèse de détente et bien-être assuré. Nous reviendrons car nous avons passé un merveilleux week-end. Un hôte vraiment réactif et accueillant.tout est prévu, collations, boissons, équipements, vraiment au top.

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Unterkunft. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man bekommt trotz der Nähe zum Haupthaus kaum etwas mit und ist sehr für sich. Die Lage eignet sich gut, um mit dem Mietwagen verschiedenste Ziele wie Nizza, Cannes & Monaco anzusteuern. Ein Mietwagen ist aber definitiv notwendig! Wer nicht viel Platz im Haus braucht und viel unterwegs ist, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben :)

Perfekte Villa für einen entspannten Urlaub! Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit in dieser traumhaften Villa! Die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend, und die Unterkunft selbst lässt keine Wünsche offen. Besonders die hervorragend ausgestattete Küche hat uns begeistert – hier findet man wirklich alles, was man braucht und noch mehr. Sabrina, die Gastgeberin, ist unglaublich freundlich, stets erreichbar und ein wunderbarer Mensch. Sie hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert und stand jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung. Die Lage ist ideal – der Strand ist bei einem kurzen Spaziergang erreichbar. Wir waren mit einem Kleinkind dort und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Besonders an regnerischen Tagen war die Sauna ein echtes Highlight – perfekt zum Entspannen! Die Villa bietet viel Platz, einen tollen Pool und eine erstklassige Ausstattung. Wir können diese Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Nous avons été bien accueillis à Trets où nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le gîte est très propre, au calme avec une piscine au milieu d’un beau jardin. La climatisation est un plus.

Hôte très accueillant et à l’écoute. Maison très spacieuse, au calme et sans vis à vis. Piscine de bonne taille pour une grande famille et cerise sur le gâteau « réchauffable », ce qui est très agréable en début ou en fin de saison pour pouvoir en profiter.
