Our stay at Porumbacu Garden was amazing! Mădălina was super responsive and she helped us with everything that we need. The place is way more bigger than the pictures showed and it’s equipped with everything you need. The views are breathtaking and the cabin is placed in a peaceful location, with a tiny river in the back. Also, is 40 km apart from Sibiu, one of the most beautiful cities in Romania. We definitely recommend Mădălina’s place for a nice, cozy and peaceful weekend.

The place is very cozy and restful, with a great view of natural surroundings and the mountains! The host couple were very friendly and proactively helpful, ready to lend a hand even with lighting up the grill! We are planning to come back in the summer time, to enjoy the place and the lush greenery of the surroundings. It is also a picturesque place for the winter season, not far from the slopes! Ne-am simtit foarte bine in aceasta locatie. Am avut parte de multa liniste, intimitate, o bucatarie bine utilata, o curte frumoasa si bine ingrijita unde, atat baietelul nostru cat si cainele, s-au putut juca si alerga in voie. Am fost primiti cu ospitalitate si amabilitate..si am gasit chiar si o surpriza dulce, pe masa, in bucatarie. Multumim inca o data gazdei noastre, Silviu, si ii dorim mult succes pe mai departe!

Amazing place. Private, clean and beautiful. We found everything we needed for our stay. Just like in our own homes. Totally recommend this place and we will definitely book it again.

Het huisje was ideaal gelegen om vandaar uit de dorpen te verkennen in de buurt. Cisnadie en Cisnadiora liggen op een kwartier rijden. Elena was zeer gastvrij en we konden altijd bij haar terecht als we iets nodig hadden. We spraken dan wel geen Italiaans of Roemeens. Dat vormde geen probleem. We begrepen elkaar. Naast het huis is er een kleine supermarkt waar alles wat je nodig hebt te verkrijgen is. We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in Sadu bij Elena en Franco. Een aanrader.

We had a really nice stay, in a quiet place. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, surrounded by a huge garden. Perfect house for spending time with friends or family, with lots to do indoor or outdoor to keep you entertained. Mihnea was very nice and helpful. Would like to return anytime soon :)

The cottage is a dream! You're in the middle of nature by a river. The interior is so spacious and with the big windows you really feel very close to wilderness. We had an amazing, relaxing experience.
