Grayson Court is a wonderful home base for visiting Accra. The home is large, spacious, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone. Mr Perkins, the caretaker on the property, is super friendly and extremely attentive! I stayed here for a work trip, and the team enjoyed it so much we came back the next year for a second stay. It is a great, private, safe home base, within walking distance of Oxford Street. The rooms are large and comfortable, with AC in each room. Mr. Perkins always makes sure the electricity and internet are topped up and that you're comfortable, and if we ever needed recommendations, he was quick to help out. He would even run errands for us if we needed him to! Clare is a wonderful host. Even with the time zone change she is extremely attentive and quick to respond. On my second trip our travel dates changed after booking the reservation, but she was very accommodating with the change. Grayson Court will be my home away from home every time!

Great place to stay. The antique nature of the decoration makes you feel right at home in an authentic African home. I highly recommend this for anyone from the diaspora who wants to connect with Africa and Ghana when coming home from abroad or wanting a place to stay. Als wir angekommen sind wurden wir ganz nett von Florenz und Frances ( Hausmeister) begrüsst. Uns wurde sogar essen bestellt, ein Fahrer organisiert . Es war alles Top. Wenn mal etwas ausgefallen ist, wurde es sofort repariert oder drum gekümmert. Wenn der Strom ausfiel, war man nicht verloren, da die Unterkunft Solar hat und man immer Strom hatte. Frances bekommt sogar 7 Sterne

Eugenia was such a gracious host, We had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the very beginning, she was professional, and incredibly gracious in accommodating our unique requests. Her space is just as beautiful as pictured, elegant, serene, and immaculately kept. The neighborhood is clean, blooms with vegetation and calm. She was kind, flexible, and super easy to communicate with, which made the whole process feel effortless. I would recommend her and her space without hesitation.

Frank is a great host! Words can’t explain how good of a host he was or is. I’ve been to Airbnbs but this host is exceptional. Not only did he care about our well being, he also cared about our safety and easy access to things and even drove us to some of these places to be secured! Super friendly!

This place is great! The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. We had one small issue during our stay and the host quickly fixed it and continued to check up with us. There are many places you might need within a couple minutes walk: taxi stand, bus stop, pharmacy, grocery store, many restaurants and more. The bed is very comfortable and the water pressure is great. I really appreciated that they had many things there for us ahead of time so we didn’t have to worry about going to the store right away. They had water for us, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, body wash, etc. The place is great for a long stay and I would definitely stay here again

I will recommend this apartment to everyone who wants to stay in osu as it is a prime location with access to lots of restaurants and places to visit. Lovely stay! The flat was spotless, stylish, and in a great location. The host was friendly, responsive, and gave great local tips. Everything was just as described, and we felt right at home. Would definitely recommend to others and hope to return soon.

I had a great stay at Babsie’s place. The apartment was cozy and had all the basics needed to feel at home. it was pristine, well stocked kitchen tools for those who like to cook and check-in was seamless. The building staff - from the security to reception to building maintenance and manager - are all very helpful and hospitable. Babsie was quick to respond to any issues with excellent communication and follow-through. I have stayed in many buildings around Accra and this by far had some of the best amenities - with a beautiful rooftop pool and gym, and views that make staying home just as luxurious as going out. The area is close to many restaurants and shops and Uber/Bolt comes quickly in the area to get to other attractions around town. I would highly recommend this unit for a single or couple staying in Accra.

This was our first time using an AirBnb & it was amazing from start to finish. Absolutely beautiful apartment with everything we needed and more. Just excellent! Dale was such a great host responding to our every need. We are so grateful for this experience.

Had a really wonderful time. The house is spacious, the area is calm and peaceful; right at the heart of the city. And the host is just the best. Mr. Kweku is responsive and always willing to help. Same goes for Mr. Ebenezer (The Caretaker). We really enjoyed our stay and I would love to lodge here on my next visit to Accra.

We enjoyed our stay at Ara’s place. Oliver, her co-host, was kind, accommodating, thorough, and helpful. The unit is spacious and accommodated our family well. The pools were amazing! We used them every day and on many cases had the entire pool to ourselves. The air conditioning was efficient and helped greatly as our bodies adjusted to the heat. I also appreciated the generators that kicked on when we had a temporary power outage from a storm. We felt very safe in the complex as entry is controlled to registered guests and there is dedicated underground parking. We found the value for the unit to be very good. There were only a few items of feedback related to maintenance and light cleaning which I provided to Oliver but did not impact our stay. Oliver was very receptive to and thankful for the feedback. We would absolutely stay at Ara’s place again for the convenience, the space, and amenities of the unit and building (e.g. check-in / out, on-site pools, security, cafe, etc.
