My place is located in the very heart of New Batumi - it's on the main prospect called Khimshiashvili, where you can enjoy shopping, having brilliant breakfasts, dinners and having unforgettable night life, included bars and casinos. Main surprise is the view on the Black Sea and the beach - enjoy sunsets and sunrises on my balcony and feel your self very comfortable. In addition, there is an aqua park, shopping mall and first of all, very experienced host with the perfect recommendations.

The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

The beach is in 2-3 minutes walking distance, 150 meters from the house, you can even breathe the salty air from the balcony. The apartment is located on the second floor of the historic​ building. It's a 40 square meter room with a high ceiling. The sleeping area is located on the mezzanine. You will have a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom and a bike for cycling along the boulevard!
