Welcome to my family apartment in Batumi - Family Home. I tried to fill the apartment with everything necessary for a comfortable stay, including with children. The key advantages are two separate bedrooms, hotel-level Queen size mattresses, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a coffee maker, a comfortable sofa, a large bathroom with a shower and a washing machine, a large balcony from where you can see the famous Batumi sunsets and a little bit of Adjara mountains.

This particular apartment is on the third floor of the newly constructed building which is located about 10 to 15 minutes walking distance from the sea. We are able to communicate with you in 3 languages: English, Russian, Georgian.
