I can’t say enough good things about our host. She was easily the best host I’ve ever had. She was profoundly nice, attentive, organized many things for us. Gave us instructions, recommendations, and always made sure everything was perfect. The apartment was clean and spacious with a fantastic location. Cant say enough good things about our stay.

The apartment was perfect. Lots of good resturants and cafes next to the apartment. Close to Cagliari centre, marina, bus stops and train station, but really quiet at the same time. Apartment was very clean and larger than we expected. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Really good communication with the host, with lots of local recommendations. Definitely recommend for your stay in Cagliari! :)

We had a wonderful stay, and Elena and Gerald could not have been more helpful and generous with their many recommendations and great advice about the city. The flat is lovely and bright, centrally located and extremely quiet at night, while really being in the centre. The facilities were amazing, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom extremely well appointed. Altogether we could not have been happier with this selection.

Per chi cerca un posto per scoprire Cagliari con la famiglia o con gli amici, la casa di Alberto è una soluzione ideale.

Було неймовірно комфортно у всіх відносинах.Хазяїн надзвичайно турботливий та інтелігентний. Чудове ,стильне помешкання з усім необхідним . Вразила турбота та щирість Джованні .В аэропорту зустрів( літак прибув вночі),заніс наші валізи .Неймовірно приємний сюрприз-традиційні солодощі нас чекали на кухні. Потрібна була праска для одягу на конференцію -за пів години вже була у нас .Арартаменти розташовані зручно,можно було дістатися з цього місця скрізь ,куди нам було треба. Рекомендації кав'ярень та ресторвнів , торгових центрів та визначних місць дуже були доречні. Така увага та комфорт ,який створив Джованні ,ще більше придало приємних ,навіть чарівних вражень відь Кальярі. Ми дуже задоволені і хочеться повернутися сюди знову .

Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa di Giovanni, casa accogliente e fornita di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Il plus è stato conoscere l Host, persona gentile che ci ha aiutati anche con ottimi consigli per luogo da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. Grazie all’ottima posizione abbiamo visitato tutto il sud della Sardegna, da Sant antioco a villasimius. L’appartamento si trova in un complesso di villette molto carino, noi siamo stati a Pasqua e abbiamo potuto apprezzare a pieno la pace di questo luogo, a 4 minuti a piedi potete trovare un supermercato, negozi, bar, tabacchi, pizzeria. La spiaggia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, c è anche un delizioso baretto per una bella birra in riva al mare. L appartamento è dotato di condizionatori, un terrazzo molto bello, due smart tv, lavatrice e tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. Noi andiamo a Sant' Antioco una o due volte l' anno a rilassarci ed è ideale perché sta tra il lungomare e il centro vicino a ristoranti, bar, pizzerie, artigianato, poste e zona archeologica.

Super séjour en famille avec 2 enfants, dans un appartement alliant l’ancien, bâtisse historique, avec de belles hauteurs sous plafond et le moderne. Il est idéalement situé et permet de faire beaucoup de visites à pied, proche commerces, restaurants, musées, site incontournable qu’offre la ville et a 5 min à pied de la gare. Seul point négatif notre voyage était trop court, nous allons être contraints de revenir 😉

Hallo Francesca, danke nochmal für die Aufmerksamkeit 🍷und den netten Empfang. Wir fühlten uns in der Wohnung wohl und hatten alles was wir brauchten. In der Umgebung sind kleine einfache Restaurants sowie kleine Einkaufsläden. Von der Terrasse aus hat man eine sehr gute Aussicht auf das Meer mit Sonnenuntergang.

Anna è una persona speciale, ci ha accolti in maniera molto amichevole e gentile . la casa è molto curata e ha tutto il necessario . davvero valido!!

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Die Betten waren bequem und angenehm. Antonella war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Dankeschön

Wir hatten einen 5 tägigen Aufenthalt und waren sehr zufrieden. Die Nähe zum Meer ist super, der Strand sehr schön. Die Unterkunft mit dem großen Balkon unter Pinienbäumen ebenfalls sehr gut. Anmerkung: Im Oktober hatte der Supermarkt direkt nebenan bereits geschlossen. Wir würden die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Vielen Dank Pietro!

Die Unterkunft war sauber das ist schon mal sehr gut . Espresso Maschine mit Kaffe war auch sehr lobenswert . Vermisst habe ich einen Spiegel oben im ankleide Bereich wäre wirklich sinnvoll . Man kann leider nicht mit dem Auto rein fahren, unpraktisch bei etwas mehr Gepäck ,da sich die Wohnung im Verkehrs beruhigten Bereich (ZTL) befindet . Die Wohnung ist geräumig schön eingerichtet, Badezimmer Top Föhn vorhanden , Danke 👍. die Lage an sich bietet Restaurant , bar s und in 5 min ist man im Zentrum. Alles in einem Top Lage für eine City Trip durch das wunderschöne Cagliari . Parken ist auf der Hauptstraße möglich . Blau zum bezahlen Weiß kostenlos parken . Danke euch für den schönen Aufenthalt .

Perfektes Apartement für unsere 4-köpfige Familie. Sehr schön eingerichtet und super ausgestattet. Wir haben rein gar nichts zu bemängeln! Kurz und knapp: Sehr empfehlenswert! 👌

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per 4 notti, (in tre) e devo dire che l'ho trovato estremamente silenzioso e comodo. La posizione è strategica, vicino al centro storico e vicino ai mezzi pubblici, e a tutti i servizi. L'appartamento è all'ultimo piano, non c'è purtroppo ascensore, ma è dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole, dotato anche di una terrazzina. Ho particolarmente apprezzato il silenzio che mi ha permesso di riposare bene e di godermi appieno il mio tempo qui. L'arredo, sebbene non fosse all'ultimo grido, era comunque tutto molto funzionale e tenuto con cura. Il letto era molto comodo e la zona giorno invitante. Anche la cucina era ben attrezzata, il che è stato un vantaggio. "Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca un luogo tranquillo e vicino a tutti i servizi dove soggiornare."

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment war wirklich etwas besonderes! Es sieht noch schöner aus, als auf den Fotos und ist super gut gepflegt. Zu Fuß kann man so ziemlich alles erreichen, was man in Cagliari sehen möchte. Restaurants und Einkaufsstraße ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen. Zum Strand gelangt man innerhalb von 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation war super nett und flexibel. Einzig der Duft innerhalb des Wohnraumes ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig - vielleicht etwas zu viel Raumduftmittel. Die Parkplatzsituation ist etwas schwierig vor Ort, aber mit Geduld findet man immer etwas. :)

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

Nicola was a great host. Open communication, quick response, and was flexible with check in during our stay. The property was in very clean condition and had such amazing views. I don’t have a single complaint to make about our stay here.

Giulio è stato sempre presente dura te tutto il soggiorno per risolvere qualsiasi problema. Stanza bellissima e pulita, zona ottima e centrale, perfetta per spostarsi anche a piedi.

Boendet var perfekt och låg väldigt bra placerat, terassen var magisk! Vår värd var extremt hjälpsam och flexibel. Kom med grymma tips om mat och aktiviteter. Detta kommer vi göra om.
