Wat een heerlijke plek hebben Hanno & Nico! Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en brandschoon! Het zwembad is prachtig met heerlijk water. Verder zijn de gastheren ontzettend vriendelijk, reageren snel op berichten en hebben allerlei leuke tips voor restaurants en de omgeving! Echt een aanrader!

We had a great time at this place. There was plenty of space for our 3 families. We enjoyed the entertainment area. Great facilities too. Would book again.

Tanya was thee absolute best ,a perfect host ,very helpful aswell as her helper ,the place was easy to find and I must say the pictures don’t do it any justice it’s a beautiful place clean and the kitchen has everything we needed for our stay ,the pool kept the kids busy as it was so hot ,she even gave us an extra day 🌸I must say she was one of the kindest individuals that have ever hosted me ,I appreciate all she did for myself and my family ..

What a wonderful time we had in Alex’s beautiful Higgovale House with its special atmosphere. A home from home we felt immediately at ease. The tropical gardens give the feeling of being in the midst of the jungle - despite being only minutes from the lively Kloof Street with its many restaurants and coffee shops (wine bar/coffee shop/deli Tamboerswinkel deserves a special mention). We felt very safe at night and enjoyed being able to access Cape Town‘s sights quickly. A highlight was our hike to Lions Head - again only a stone throw away from the house. Alex’s great communication throughout our stay was not surprising, given his friendly welcome and advice and whilst we didn’t stay long enough to get to know her, housekeeper Barbara also seemed very friendly and attentive. We will be back!

Superb place with a genuine ‘home’ feel to it. Lots of communal space inside and out and a gorgeous garden to enjoy. Tracy is a super host - responsive and shared loads of advice what to do locally. Hout Bay is a 10 min drive.

Elzanne‘s place was perfect for our family of three visiting Cape Town for 5 nights. Our 2 year old enjoyed playing with all the toys available, plus the trampoline and swing set outside. We enjoyed the bbq grill and eating dinner outside most nights with a view of the sunset and pool. The property is very quiet and beds very comfortable. There‘s a huge fridge and freezer and everything you need to cook meals. The house is also beautifully designed so it was a very pleasant stay for us!

Es gibt für diese Unterkunft die volle Punktzahl! Die Räume sind hell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist super sauber. Jedes Schlafzimmer hat sein eigenes Bad. Der Garten mit dem Minipool ist auch sehr gepflegt. Wie haben uns dort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Umgebung ist sicher. Süße kleine Cafés und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir können uns vorstellen im nächsten Jahr wieder zu kommen.

Denis was an exceptional host—friendly and responsive. The space was comfortable, well-equipped, and felt like a home away from home. We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town. Thank you, Denis, for a great experience!

Great place! Loved the pedal boat option. Perhaps not so ideal if you have toddlers because the staircase does not have rails. Minor issue really and other than that we had a good stay.

Staying here felt like having a second home! The place has everything you need for an unforgettable stay. It is exceptionally clean, beautifully maintained, and located in a truly breathtaking area. The complex is one of the most stunning and secure places in all of South Africa. Our host was beyond amazing—so kind, helpful, and always available whenever we needed anything. He made sure everything was perfect and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The house itself is perfect for families, with comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you could possibly need. Every little detail is thoughtfully taken care of. From the seamless check-in process to the lovely welcome basket waiting for us, every moment was a delight. The host continuously checked in to ensure we were having a great time. We truly cherished every minute of our stay and will definitely be coming back. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for such a wonderful experience!

Lianne is a very thoughtful and organised host who is willing to make a plan to help to meat her guests needs. The house is lovely furnished and very good maintained and ideally positioned to walk to the water front, restaurants or other points of interests. Definitely recommendable.

We loved the tranquility of the garden. So close to vibrant Kloof Street but surprisingly quiet. Cherry on the cake was the upstairs deck with views of Table Mountain. The house was just what we needed - very stylish, comfortable and well equipped. The pool was a great added bonus. If there was anything that would make the house even better it would be to have some AC. Even so we'd definitely recommend staying here. The hosts were very helpful and quick to respond.

The house is in a super convenient location and presents really well. An ensuite for each bedroom makes it the perfect executive stay or family holiday. Easily accommodated our party of four and we look forward to returning again soon. Thanks Chris for a great stay.

This was our first visit to South Africa and Birgit and Eugene made it extremely easy for us particularly during our first few days when we were pretty clueless. But not just that - they continued with welcome and helpful suggestions throughout our time here. The well equipped apartment itself is spotlessly clean set in a really nice garden with a swimming pool and sun loungers. It’s an easy ten minute walk to the seafront where there are a selection of good restaurants offering menus to suit everyone’s taste. The area itself feels very safe and we had no problem walking back at night in the dark. All in all I have no hesitation in recommending Birgit’s apartments.

We booked Rustic Retreat for our family who were together for the first time in years and it was the perfect place for all of us. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Jade was always quick to respond with any queries or needs that we had. The house is very well maintained and is exactly as seen in the photos. I would recommend this B&B to anyone.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Kerry's home! From the very beginning when we made our initial inquiry until the day we checked out Kerry was warm, responsive, and accommodating. She kindly allowed us an early check-in despite having guests check out the same morning and also permitted a late check-out on our last day, which made a huge difference for us as we had staggered travel schedules. The house itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and incredibly comfortable. The house had literally everything we could have needed. It was the perfect space for a relaxing getaway, with spacious bedrooms, a great location, and all the amenities we needed. Kerry also made sure to clarify everything about the property beforehand — including backup power, air conditioning, and even helping us adjust our reservation dates when our plans changed last minute. Communication with Kerry was seamless throughout. She was proactive, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great stay.

We had an amazing time at The Lookout and Sarah could not have been a better host as she was always responsive and incredibly helpful!! The house is lovely and the views over Long Beach are stunning!! Will definitely stay here again.

Paddy and Chris are exceptional host, they are very friendly and accommodating. The house is very well kept and perfectly located. It is in a very secure area in Hout Bay. It’s close to local amenities. I would definitely recommend this place and will also book this accommodation next time I am in Cape Town. The house feels like home away from home.

Nthabi's place was everything we had hoped for but never knew we would be able to get - a quiet, peaceful, spacious, beautiful and well-provisioned family accommodation at a good price. Nthabi even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. wow! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will certainly return, as we plan to come visit our son at UCT from time to time. hope to stay there whenever we are in CT. Thanks for your amazing hospitality.

Tim’s house in Hout Bay is absolutely beautiful. We loved every minute of our stay and Tim was the perfect host - responsive, helpful and no request was too much. We will always have such wonderful memories as Tim was happy for our son to have a very small private wedding ceremony in the garden. It was the most beautiful setting and we will never forget that day. Anyone staying in Tim’s house can’t fail to enjoy it. Very special!

The place is incredible value for money, with comfortably sized rooms, a great little yard for kids to play in. We will definitely be back again.

I absolutely loved my time at this garden cottage. It was everything I needed for the Easter break and my dog had such a fun time sniffing about all the flowers. It had everything I needed inside it as well.

Very nice place & Hosts, great for kids.. only thing that can be improved is the WiFi, connection was quiet slow otherwise highly recommended for a real holiday feel good home

We loved our stay, the house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It is very well equipped with everything one might need. The outdoor area is lovely, and it is just a short walk to shops. supermarket and waterfront. Would return in a flash.
