It is very close to the A30 making Penzance in the west, and the Eden Project to the East both just over 30 minutes. A well behaved dog is welcome; at extra cost we can provide a dog sitting service.

The accommodation is arranged on the ground floor with direct access to a private patio area and a shared extensive lawn garden.
