The house has 2 double, 1 triple & 1 single bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. A large open planned, fully equipped kitchen - dining room with a bright airy sunroom that opens onto a large private patio with Hot tub & permanent BBQ. There's a 2 acre garden to run around in and plenty of parking. Wifi included! Sorry no pets.

The Engine House is a Grade 2 listed conversion in the stunning development that is Perran Foundry. 10 minutes from Falmouth beach, and 10 minutes from Truro city. With only a single track road in and out it makes it particularly child friendly although the house does boast a secure, gated back garden.
