☆☆ Stylish, contemporary annex in our converted barn. For 1 or 2 adults only. The Annex comprises an open plan living area with fully equipped kitchen, a separate bedroom with king size bed and a bathroom with quadrant shower. It has its own entrance and there is parking for 1 car. Guests are welcome to use the lower part of our garden and picnic bench. The barn is situated in a tranquil, tucked away location in Perranporth, yet is only a 10 minute walk from the beach and local shops.

Many of Cornwalls beautiful beaches are just a short 5-10 minute drive away, visit Perranporth, Holywell Bay, Crantock and Newquay Fistral Beach with ease. On-site communal facilities include an outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal), picnic park with BBQ facilities, children’s play equipment and a small fish pond, and a games room with a pool table.

It is situated in a peaceful area close to the north Cornwall coast. Great beaches close by and lovely walks directly from the cottage (you can walk to a great country pub with good food in about 30 minutes down a pretty green lane). Free eggs every day from our free-range hens and ducks!
