It was perfect for our one night getaway, and with the most adorable receptionist in the morning in the form of a lovely Labrador. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful flat and Sarah is a really nice host! 5 min walk to the beach and about 25 min walk to train station.

We had a great few days at Ocean View. The house was very clean and everything was in good working order. Mark was very friendly and helpful. A lovely place to stay, very welcoming and relaxing with amazing views of the sea and a lovely area too. We will definitely be back.

We had such a wonderful stay at Beth’s Shoreham Chalet. Beth made us feel so welcome! The chalet was clean, the bed was comfy and Beth left us with some great provisions. Thank you Beth!

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at Amber’s apartment. Communication prior to and during the stay was great. The apartment itself was clean and ideally located. Having access to the pool and gym at the hotel below was a fantastic perk. We did unfortunately have to request some of the stated amenities during our stay. It would also be a nice touch if there was some furniture on the balcony to be able to enjoy the view. But other than that, we had a great stay!

An amazing house both location and design. It was wonderful to be on the beach with a large garden as well. The interior of the house was beautifully designed and furnished Great view of the sea from the bedroom So much space and everything you could need. We had a fantastic break. Our puppy and my three year old grandson loved it. Would love to be there when the pool was open.

A very nicely presented apartment in a fantastic location. Well equipped with towels, pillows, tea coffee, milk and many other handy products. A fantastic sea view out of the main lounge window. The parking under the hotel was also very convenient.

Glynis is such a lovely lady, quick to respond to messages and very helpful. The caravan was a lovely caravan very clean and tidy with everything we needed and extra. Thank you for a wonderful stay. I'm sure we'll be back.

Mia was an amazing host and very responsive, on hand via text if we did need her. We really enjoyed our holiday, the caravan was very clean and exactly as described. There was so much to do on site, it was well maintained and the activities and entertainment were some of best we have seen. Thank you 😊

Louisa’s caravan was a home from home, the location was unbeatable on the sea front and literally next door to the clubhouse/restaurant and bars. It was such a lovely break and I hope to return soon! Highly recommend

We’ve stayed along the seafront in Selsey over Easter for the last four years in different locations. This was our favourite house to date and the service from Luxury Boltholes was exemplary. The house was absolutely stunning, homely and incredibly well appointed. Some really nice touches and the attention to detail was fantastic. This is such a great place I almost don’t want to write such a glowing review as it means we’ll end up with less dates to choose from for our return visit 🤣. Such a beautiful house, the photos don’t do it justice and Kate and Jonathan were wonderful hosts. The beach is right on your doorstep, it was perfect for morning walks with the dog, and lazy afternoons watching the sea merge into the sky from the patio seating.

This is indeed a stunning beachfront property. The living area is upstairs. It’s spacious and has great views overlooking the sea. One highlight is the quaint hidden bathroom upstairs where you can have a bath with a sea view! The property is well stocked with everything you may need for a comfortable stay. It has beautiful furnishings and paintings painted. We had a wonderful stay even when the weather did not hold up. Penelope is also a great host. She was very responsive to our needs and made us feel very much at home. This is a great place to stay and I thoroughly recommend it.

Great location walkable to beach and shops. Lovely garden and space for the whole family. Characterful house and amazingly well stocked kitchen made family meals very easy. Thanks to Alexandra.

I had a wonderful stay at the Beach Hut, it was so cosy and quiet and has everything that you need. The location couldn’t be beaten, it was moments from a beautiful shingle beach and at the end of the road was Pagham Harbour, a nature reserve with lovely walks and beautiful sunsets. It’s so close to the Witterings and so many other places to explore. You know it’s that good when you check your diary to see when you can return before you have already left. High recommended.

Couldn't ask for more from an Airbnb or the hosts. Perfect in every way - fantastic location right on the beach, said it was a 2 minute walk, .ore like 30 seconds !! Lovely place to stay, would highly recommend it to anyone who needs somewhere to stay. Ear the sea. Thank you
