Had a lovely stay a great host very responsive, clean and tidy cottage , exactly what we expected and had hoped for , for a quiet and cosy weekend break. Couldn’t ask for more.

The family had a lovely break here, a short drive from Norwich Showground where we attended an event but far enough away for peace and quiet… lovely walks… excellent pub Kings Arms local for dinner. Everything needed was in the lodge including a very appreciated ‘welcome pack’ to start us off on arrival. Highly recommend and hope to return again.

Was isolated and total bliss. The main bed was luxurious. There has been a refurb so everything is new. The hot tub was a fantastic way to end the day too. We did lots of walking and the surrounding area was perfect for us. Also perfect for our dog Molly. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at Lesleys place. Very near to the sea and close to all beeches we wanted to visit. The cottage had everything we needed and we thoroughly enjoyed the jaccuzzi. The cottage is dog friendly and had all things our 4 month old Labrador puppy needed.

We spent a lovely extended weekend at the barn visiting our family in Norfolk. The barn was clean, warm and comfortable and had everything that we needed. Jill and Phil were friendly and welcoming and check-in and check-out were easy. The super-king sized bed was comfy and the hot tub was an added bonus after a busy couple of days with the grandchildren.

We had an ideal extended family getaway at Emily's. The house and gardens suited our mutil-generational group well. The kids loved the trampoline and swing and the space to run around and the adults loved the outside seating space and hot tub 😊 Would definitely recommend.

The property was in superb condition, spotless and immaculately clean and presented. All fixtures and fittings were of great quality and there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us, containing local cakes, biscuits and so forth. We met Cindy and her husband Mark when they came to service the hot tub and they are delightful people. We spent time chatting during which they recommended restaurants, one of which we used (Buckinghamshire Arms) where we enjoyed Sunday lunch. Overall, a great experience, top notch Airbnb.

Very comfortable, spacious and well equipped cottage with lovely surroundings. Dog friendly too. Great to see such well cared for and happy hens wandering around too.

Just as it's pictured, weather was kind and made the house even more inviting. I was wowed when we pulled up the drive! I did have to check that I had booked somewhere with a secure garden and was pleasantly surprised once we turned up and saw the gardens, low fences but held in 3 springy Frenchies with no issues. Everything you need and more. Lots of lovely villages to visit. Dog walks on the doorstep. Already looking at when we can book again. Even considering hiring a boat too. Liz was great with instructions and local information. Highly recommend the Thatch cottage.

I booked this on behalf of my parents and this is their review. What a wonderful week we had in the Hay loft, lovely, comfy, and oh so peaceful, hosts were very accommodating, friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. We with our 2 dogs were very cosy. Very close to local beach, pubs and amenities. Would highly recommend, and will definitely be staying again very soon.

Kates place is a beautiful little cottage, Kate gave clear instructions on where this was. check in and check out was smooth, although you are right next door to Kate you are left in peace. The breakfast basket is a beautiful and very helpful touch, even spare shampoo and body wash in bathrooms! leaflets for local attractions and days out, takeaway menus also- very helpful! The cottage is hygienic, all bedding and main areas were clean, some slight dust on skirting boards and cobwebs around (but I am a cleaner and probably pay far too much attention- even on holiday 🤦‍♀️) beds and sofas are super comfortable! peaceful and overall a beautiful place to stay! Will definitely use again when visiting in the future 😀

Very pleasant cottage. Clean & spacious enough for four. It had a cosy feel to it. Lovely little patio which was sunny in the afternoon & evening. Host was friendly & helpful. Pleasant gardens surrounding the cottage. We loved being able to walk to Felbrigg from the cottage. Perfect for our little dog. Lots of beaches nearby, which were great for walks. Stopped at Holt on the way for posh lunch & shop browsing. Visited Cromer & Sheringham (which we especially liked) - popped to the Whelk Coppers for tea & cake. All in all a good mini break. We were lucky with the sunny weather! Would definitely recommend this cottage.

A lovely place to stay and explore this part of Norfolk. We enjoyed having the beach right behind the cottage and regularly saw a seal close to the shore. It was so handy being able to walk back to the cottage to grab food and drinks or pop to the beach first or last thing without getting in the car. Having bikes was great as we enjoyed cycling to Sea Palling. Beds comfy, sofa with farm scenery was great for chilling, good WiFi, dog friendly and a secure garden - this cottage had it all.

I stayed at jens whilst working locally. It’s situated in a beautiful part of Suffolk,extremely quiet and peaceful.the accommodation was as described giving a real homely feel.i can’t fault the service I received at all and would gladly stay there again.highly recommended.

Fab cottage perfect location for exploring the area . Great gastronomy pub 2 minutes walk . Lovely friendly village great parking facilities outside the property or allocated parking. We would definitely be booking again in fact I have booked for my parents.

We had a very nice three nights stay at smithy cottage which is in an ideal rural location near to Norwich and the Broads. The cottage was very clean and the kitchen is very well equipped. Tanya is an excellent host and provided a welcome pack of wine, a range of nibles, cereals, eggs and milk.

Yvette's house was cosy and just what we were looking for a small dinner party and as a base to explore the Norfolk coast line.

Beautiful surroundings, loved being around all the nature, felt very private and tranquil. Would definitely recommend it to friends in the future and would stay here again when visiting Norwich

A huge thank you to Sarah and Ian, who made our stay a fantastic experience! Beautiful cottage, amazing views and nothing was too much trouble for Sarah, wonderful hosts! The private hire swimming pool is definitely an added bonus! And of course the open fire!

Beautiful cottage in a perfect location: opposite the pub and just down from the community run village shop. The cottage was beautifully clean and had everything we needed, and more! As mentioned in other reviews, a couple of the doorways are quite low and I bumped my head a few times - I'm 5' 10". If you're of a certain age and need to visit the bathroom during the night, you may like to know that it's downstairs! It was my wife's first visit to the Broads and we'll definitely be coming back soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the cottage was spacious and pristine The surrounding area was beautiful and calming. My sons loved the animals onsite, especially my youngest son ( 3 years old) who insisted on buying carrots and apples daily to feed the alpacas, goats and the donkeys - but his favourite was the white pony We will definitely be returning next year with family :)

Keepers Cottage was very cosy with lots of space surrounding and great for kids to explore. It was well located both to access the city and surrounding Norfolk attractions. We had a lovely stay!
