Lovely 4-room-apartment in 2-familyhouse with seperate entrance and free parking. The apartment is on the second and third floor. The neigbourhood is safe, green and idyllic close to Mariaplan/Slottsskogen/Central Gothenburg. The house is from 1923 and got lots of contempary details like wooden floors etc. Please note that there is a scaffolding on the gable of the house (exterior) since this side willl be repainted during april/may. No disturbing noise, not affect parking lot or entrance.

The accommodation is just as suitable for stays for you on longer or shorter work assignments as it is for a small family or two adults on holiday. About 15 minutes by car to Volvo, Preem, the Port of Gothenburg.

You will have your own entrance with a four-digit code that you will receive well in advance of arrival.
