Very nice apartment, spaciouse. We enjoyed the stay. About location - close to train, buss, tram, but still it taes 30-40min till most common attractions. Close to beach though, so very good location in warm season.

Wir sagen Danke für die tollen Tage in Barcelona. Es hat alles super funktioniert: Check-in und -out war perfekt. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung war vollumfänglich zutreffend. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr in 2 Minuten erreichbar, der riesige Supermarkt in 3 Minuten. Auf Fragen hat Guillermo immer sofort und sehr hilfreich geantwortet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wiederkommen. Danke

4 blocks easy walk to the L2 metro. Straight run on the subway directly to all major Barcelona central tourist attractions (Sagrada, Gothic Quarter etc). Neighborhood has good local style restaurants / shopping. Excellent recommendations and super helpful host. It was an honor to meet him in person and stay in his personal apartment. Eva fue una anfitriona magnífica desde el primer momento. Desde nuestra llegada, nos recibió con una calidez y atención que hicieron que nos sintiéramos bienvenidos al instante. El departamento es ideal para ir con niños, y Eva no solo se aseguró de que estuviera impecable, sino que además estaba increíblemente preparado con detalles pensados para nuestras pequeñas. Siempre estuvo atenta y disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier consulta, grande o pequeña, y nos proporcionó recomendaciones locales excepcionales que hicieron nuestra estancia aún más especial. Desde sugerencias para cenar hasta actividades familiares, cada una de sus recomendaciones fue un acierto, y gracias a ella descubrimos lugares únicos de la zona. Su compromiso y dedicación se reflejaron en cada aspecto de nuestra experiencia, logrando que nos sintiéramos como en casa en todo momento.

Stayed for 4 nights in April with our two teenage daughters. This is a beautiful apartment in a lovely area, and had everything we needed. The location meant that all attractions we wanted to see were walkable (Sagrada Familia, Park Guelle, Casa Bastillo, Marina, beach). Beds were very comfortable - living room and dining room perfect for a family of four. The girls loved the little balcony too. Loved the map of Barcelona and places to visit on the wall - very useful and informative, and very good restaurant suggestions too. We forgot to ring when we arrived at the airport, but somebody was there to check us in within minutes. Would highly recommend

really lovely apartment. Juan made iur stay extra special and was very accommodating. had a very pleasant experience. Juan was always on hand to help with anything we needed and was quick with his communication. i would definitely use this place again in the near future. beach was a short walk from us

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und hat auch eine Art „Wintergarten“ von dem aus man einen tollen Ausblick über die Stadt hat. Walid war sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und es hat alles gut geklappt. Das einzige was man am Airbnb kritisieren könnte, ist, dass das Haus an sich etwas hellhörig ist und man die Nachbarn ab und zu gehört hat. Das ist aber in Spanien meiner Erfahrung nach normal. Alles in allem können wir das Airbnb wirklich weiterempfehlen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen :)

The pictures of this place are lovely but it’s even more beautiful in real life. We loved this house! It was so clean. Great location, on the beach with train station less than a minute walk which goes straight into Barcelona. Perfect for my sister’s hen do. Paula was fantastic, so helpful and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

A place you don’t want to leave, quiet and save, restaurant along the beach is value for money and with good food.

El alojamiento está genial. Zona muy céntrica con todo tipo de locales alrededor. La casa en sí está en una zona muy tranquila y con intimidad. Fácil aparcamiento. La casa está genial, todo muy limpio y tal cual se veía en las fotos. Sin duda repetiré.

Thank you, thank you, thank you! Miguel and Joana are lovely people and their home was perfect. We had a few questions about our surroundings and our messages we received and returned very quickly. We had a very early flight the morning we left and Miguel even helped secure a pre order taxi for us. My wife and I met one of our closest friends in Barcelona and taxied to Badalona (a much easier process than I had expected). We were met at at the home by Miguel and Jonah and they gave us a personal tour. The house was perfect for us as it had lots of space for us and was exactly as advertised. The house itself was very clean and we could not get enough of the amazingly designed kitchen/ dining room with huge sliding doors that opened up to an outdoor space that was perfect for all times of day.. The location of this home was one of our favorite things about our trip. There are so many little markets and shops all around in pretty much any direction and the beaches are incredible. 😀

Sonia and Helena were absolutely top rate hosts, offering assistance, answering any and all questions, no matter how seemingly ridiculous, they were kind, patient and very accommodating. As for this property, it was magical with old world charm but very well kept, very clean, well renovated without compromising the beauty. The location is optimal, smack dab in the middle of a tiny, gorgeous town, right across from the beach and literally a stone's throw away from metro, groceries, food, a few clothing stores etc. We LOVED this more than I can type. Silvia ist eine wundervolle Gastgeberin. Wir durften unsere Koffer schon ab 11:00 Uhr unterstellen, weil wir sehr früh in Barcelona angereist sind. Die Begrüssung durch Silvia war so herzlich, dass sich meine Eltern und ich gleich willkommen gefühlt haben. Sie hat Wasser, Cola und Kaffee bereit gestellt und das Beste, sogar eine Flasche Weisswein. Silvia ist sehr aufmerksam und höflich, immer erreichbar, fragt nach, ob alles in Ordnung ist oder man noch etwas benötigt. Toll! Die Wohnung ist ein absolutes Idyll, man merkt Silvia die Liebe zum Detail an. Wir waren 10 Tage zu Gast und haben immer wieder neue liebevolle Details entdeckt. Das absolute Highlight der Wohnung war für uns der wunderschöne Patio mit unzähligen Pflanzen und Blumen. Hier haben wir auch jeden Morgen ausgiebig gefrühstückt und abends unseren Wein genossen. Mehrere Supermärkte sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig im Stadtteil Gràcia, zur Metro sind es 7 Min. Danke liebe Silvia. Wir kommen wieder!

Beautiful house in a great area! Nice beach, good restaurants.

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in dem Haus. Es ist schon sehr teuer, was aber wahrscheinlich an der Nähe zu Barcelona liegt. Unsere Fragen wurden immer schnell beantwortet, die Gastgeber waren sehr hilfsbereit. Das Haus ist sehr sauber. Es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Die Unterkunft verfügt über eine Waschmachine, aber über keinen Trockner, anders als in der Beschreibung zu lesen.

Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in der Unterkunft von Nelly und Aitana. Nelly hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Die Wohnung war sauber und es hatte alles was man braucht. Der Strand war wunderschön und ein paar Meter von der Wohnung entfernt. Die Bushaltestelle ca. 4 Min. entfernt, mit diesem konnte man direkt in die Stadt fahren. Bis zum Plaza Catalunya waren es je nach Verkehr zwischen 45 und 60 Minuten. Für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern war dies eine gute Mischung zwischen Stadt und Strand. Vielen Dank Nelly und Aitana🙏🏼☺️

What a wonderful place. The accomodation is very well equipped in a beautiful area. The nearby beach is lovely with some great bars & restaurants in walking distance. The supermarket across the road is brilliant, with everything you might need. Also it is easy to get to the city on the bus. The hosts were very accomodating meeting us from a late flight, providing local information and providing bikes for us to use. It was a great place to stay and we would highly recommend it.

Our family of four had a wonderful stay at Luis’ place. Perfectly located close to plenty of cafes and restaurants, Avenue Diagonal for a variety of shopping options, and within walking distance of some local attractions. The accommodation is spacious, well maintained and had all the essentials needed for our stay. Luis is a gracious host and was there to receive us, and ensured we had what we needed for our stay. We would gladly stay here again if we visited Barcelona!

Appartement confortable et fidèle à la description. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Barcelone. Le centre ville est facilement accessible en transport en commun. Quartier avec toutes les commodités de proximité.

Yolanda et Alberto sont des hôtes très accueillants. Ils étaient présents à notre arrivée. Nous avons reçu un accueil très chaleureux. Un grand merci à eux pour les explications claires sur l'appartement et tous les bons conseils avec des guides détaillés. L'appartement est facile d'accès. Yolanda avait prévu des petites attentions. Tout était propre. Nous n'avons manqué de rien. Le métro est accessible à pied à quelques minutes et la ligne est directe vers le centre de Barcelone. Nous recommandons fortement cet appartement, nous y avons passé un très bon moment.

Der Kontakt zu Joaquin war jederzeit unkompliziert. Fragen wurden prompt beantwortet. Probleme zügig behoben, die Tipps waren sehr gut. Das Check in war ebenfalls sehr flexibel und unkompliziert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in der Unterkunft. Die Anbindung an die S-Bahn nach Barcelona war perfekt. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen, vor allem wenn man neben Barcelona auch ein wenig Strand und Gegend erkunden möchte.
