Een monumentale woning ,1 minuut lopen van de tram en winkelcentrum. Op de beneden etage komt u via een (stijle ) trap (zonder traphek). Hier zijn 3 slaapkamers, 1 badkamer en een separaat toilet. 1 van de slaapkamers ligt aan de tuin. het bed is een twijfelaar. Het karton bed van de foto’s te vervangen voor meer degelijk bed. De andere slaapkamer heeft een 2 personens bed en de andere kamer heeft 2 losse bedden tegen elkaar aan geschoven op de foto maar in de praktijk doe ik ze vaak uit elkaar.

Mijn appartement is, gerenoveerd, vintage ingericht met uitzicht op het Schie-kanaal. Indeling: woonkamer, eetkamer, 2 slaapkamers, 1 slaapkamer met zeer goed twee persoons- (M-line matras) bed, 1 slaapkamer met stapelbed, volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine, badkamer/toilet, balkon. Ik woon beneden, u heeft de bovenverdieping.

Everything is on a walking distance, e.g. museums, restaurants, grocery stores and parks. With Central Station almost in front of our house, Amsterdam Schiphol airport (20 minutes) is very closeby. Even a short trip to London (3 hrs) or Paris (2,5 hrs) is possible!
