A modern apartment with a very nice living room with kitchen. Well equipped. The neighbourhood is calm and you can reach downtown Utrecht and its railway station easily by car or by bus. This apartment is normally inhabited by the hosts so the place has much more charm and quality than the usual apartments that are commercially rented out where everything is IKEA and without much character. The hosts are very nice people that explained everything well. They also generously gave us some fruits and prosecco and we they offered us to use food in the fridge and kitchen.

In dem Haus von Katya und Michiel haben wir eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht. Genial und sehr hilfreich waren die uns kurz vor unserer Abreise zugesandten Videos, in denen Katya die einzelnen Räume und Geräte genau beschrieben und erläutert hat. Problemlos waren die kostenlosen Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus. Unsere eigenen Fahrräder konnten wir sehr gut und sicher in dem zugehörigen Gartenhaus unterbringen. Das Haus ist sehr liebevoll und umfassend eingerichtet. Die ruhige Lage war für unsere Fahrradtouren perfekt, denn man kann in alle Himmelsrichtungen direkt vom Haus aus auf schönen Radwegen sehenswerte Ziele erreichen (z. B. Den Haag, Scheveningen, Katwijk, Leiden, Blumenroute um Lisse, Delft). Rotterdam lässt sich sehr gut mit der Metro (Den Haag – Rotterdam) besuchen (Tageskarte ca. 10 €), wobei wir mit dem Rad zur Metro-Station Voorburg 't Loo (ca. 4,5 km) gefahren sind.

Beautiful townhouse in walking distanse to the train station and everything else you might need. The house was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. I really enjoyed that even though the house felt modern it still had a nice touch of rustic to it. Would definitely book again, and would highly reccomend to others as well 😊

We have spent a wonderful week in the house. The location is great, it is big and well decorated. Sanders gave us good tips about the area and lend us bicycles. I definitely recommend the place and we would be keen to come back.

This family home is just far enough out of the hubbub of the city that we were able to easily decompress after a day exploring beautiful Utrecht. Full kitchen with truly anything you may need to create a meal (lots of spices!), back patio, bedrooms are upstairs and the neighborhood is quiet so one can get a good night’s sleep, and located close to the canal which allows for an easy walk into the city. Bus system was simple to navigate but only accepted payment for one person per credit card (no cash)… travelers may want to research that further. Steep and narrow stairs inside to access upstairs may not be good for physically compromised person. Bikes were a bonus as was Isis picking us up from the train station. Great vegan restaurant around the corner. Would love to visit again!

Toller Urlaub in sehr gemütlichem und geräumigen Haus! Charmant eingerichtet und bequeme Betten. Schöner Gartensitzplatz. Strand und Stadt mit Fahrrädern super erreichbar und Busstation um die Ecke. Ruhig, wenn man mal von den Möwen absieht…;-). Pieteke war jederzeit sofort erreichbar und hat sich auch aktiv immer wieder nach uns erkundigt. Super WLAN für unsere Teenager! Vielen Dank, Piteke! Der Aufenthalt bei José war super für uns als Familie mit 2 Kindern. Es gab viel Platz und die Lage zwischen Strand und Centrum war optimal. Wir sind die ganze Woche über nur mit Fahrrädern unterwegs gewesen. Der Sohn von José hat uns in Empfang genommen und uns alles super nett erklärt. Fragen wurden super schnell beantwortet. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Wir hatten ein tolles Wochende. Obwohl zentral gelegen, war es sehr ruhig. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß erreichen. Die Kommunikation war super und wir haben noch gute Tipps bekommen. Ein wirklich schönes Haus in einer tollen Stadt, kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

We had a good stay and the caretaker helped us with local recommendations and any issues around. The metro is 2 min away as well as grocery store.

Amazing stay, the place is very nice, everything is within walkable distance. Area is very private and luxurious. Public transport is just around the corner. Mei and her family are very hospitable, helpful and friendly. The place is clean, comfortable and matches the pictures, also easy to reach. Everything felt like home ❤️

The apartment is not too far from the city center (15-20 mins walking) and it is well conected with the train station by foot and tram. In the area there are supermarkets, bars and shops, and very close are the Museums Park and Witte de Withstraat. The apartment is well equiped for cooking and it is quite comfortable, only the heating pipes in the bedroom are a bit noisy. The owners live in the house next door and answered kindly and quickly to our questions.

Mr Frans is super nice host, very communicable and very nice. Apartment has an easy access through home.

Unser Aufenthalt in Jaccos Haus mit unseren Kinder war sehr schön. Wir haben uns gleich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir hatten genug Platz, alles Notwendige war vorhanden und die Lage war ruhig und gut erreichbar. Auch genug Parkmöglichkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden.

Maison très calme et agréable habitée notamment par leur gentil chat qui vit sa vie mais n’est pas contre un petit câlin. Parking aisé et à proximité du métro qui mène directement au centre de Rotterdam. Lac à proximité. Idéal entre nature et ville.

The house is located in an area which is quite, safe and well connected thanks to the metro stop. We even came back pretty late and means of transport were still available. Supermarkets are available not far. The host has been very nice and helpful.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour aux Pays-Bas. La maison est très agréable et bien située, à la fois en ville et proche de la nature. La communication avec notre hôte a été facile et nous avions toutes les informations nécessaires avant même notre départ. C'est une belle première expérience sur AirB&B. Je recommande vivement.

value for many house with quite large spaces and parking space

Beautiful flat with a well stocked kitchen. The location was close to everything. The stairs are more like a ladder but once you get used to them they are fine. Overall a very nice, clean ,comfortable place to stay.

Grande et jolie maison toute en hauteur, agréable et bien équipée, dans un quartier calme un peu excentré ( mais Centre ville facile en bus). Nils est très réactif, très plaisant, et ses explications sont claires et précises.

Monique hat uns in ihrem charmanten Haus herzlich willkommen. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es einen überdachten Flur mit einem kleinen Bad. Hinter der Eingangstür befindet sich ein schönes Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche. Im oberen Stockwerken befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit offenem Bad. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage! Zu dem wunderschönen, großen Strand sind es nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Ebenfalls nur kurz entfernt sind viele Bars und Restaurants. In die Innenstadt von Den Haag sind es nur 15min mit der Tram. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder bei Monique übernachten, wenn wir das nächste mal in Den Haag sind :)
